I came here because I was in PAIN from a sinus infection. I get them chronically, and they are extremely painful. I have VA health insurance but I cant easily get seen same day, and I have an ENT appointment in 1 week. So I figured instead of clogging up the VA system (that is admittedly just inconvenient for me) and taking a busy doctors time, Id just go locally, pay the $130 and get me the meds to hold me over until my ENT appointment. REFUSED to prescribe ANY narcotics, something that I get nearly every time I get a sinus infection, so about 2 or 3 times a year. Wow, 5mg Vicodin for 7 days. Id have spent FAR more going to the doctor and on the prescription than those drugs are worth, so its not like Im a pill junkie. Im not sure if he was simply not prescribing narcotics, period. Either way, hes a physician with his moral code in tact I guess, yet me, his patient, sits here with terrible sinus pain as payment. How does that work? Didnt I pay him? Why wasnt I able to be involved in my own health care decisions? He knows one week of vicodin is going to do no harm. So even if he thought it was simply overkill, does he know the severity of my condition or my tolerance to pain?

The Medfast in Palm Bay Fl has without a doubt the worst customer service. My son was very ill on a Sunday evening. I called at 5:30 to be sure that the office would still be open until 7. I was told that they take the last patient at 6:30. This particular office is off of a dark side street and I called the office again at 6:08 to obtain directions. I arrived at at 6:10 to an empty office with two people at the desk. I was told they already took their last patient and "the provider" would not accept any more patients. My son was running a high fever and I explained that I just called 3 minutes earlier why didnt they tell me they were not taking any more patients. They didnt seem to care at all about the sick patient they just said there was another walk in open later 15 miles away. WOW this is a terrible office and I will be calling the CEO with a major complaint for the staff working in the office on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 6pm.

I have never left a review for anything before but after todays service I feel like I have to. I have been to a lot of doctors before and I can honestly see this doctor probably have given me the most thorough physical examinations of my life. I was physically sick but that didnt stop him from examining everything thoroughly. Secondly, I felt so respected! They truly are a bunch of professionals who work here. I didnt feel less than because of my insurance or lack there of. I cant say the same for other clinics. Thirdly, the time I spent here was so fast! It I think I was in and out in under an hour. Yet I still received quality care and felt like the doctor truly listened to me and my concerns. Mind you, this was one of their busiest times. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic. You will not be disappointed!

Mrs. Reddish was great. Had a terrible migraine and she gave me a shot and a prescription to take for the next 5 days. My migraine went away and they were able to take my fhcp insurance as well. Great and fast service for what I needed! Would recommend if you need to see the medical assistance and dont want to wait for an appointment.

I am from out of state visiting, I became sick and was brought to this place by a family member, I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place was, we got there at 9am, filled out paperwork and was seen right away, everyone was great, I was in and out in 30 minutes, I took the medication and was able to enjoy the rest of my visit

Went there Friday July 21 for determining the cause of my husbands lower abdomen pain. Nurse practitioner Eric was very professional, thorough, and personable. If this review was just for him, it would be 5 stars. However we were called back Monday for follow-up and charged another office visit copay. Not happy about that one bit!!

In and out within an hour, the staff is very professional and I will recommend to friends/family. I also had a problem with my insurance not covering a certain medication, I called and they called in something else my insurance does cover.
