They seem to loose their best doctors. Bedside care by most doctors and nurses is sub par. They dont keep up to date with Harris medical plans or policies. This leads to hours of extra phone calls and follow ups. I had to call them back at least three times just to get my prescription faxed in the correct format with a diagnosis code. This was for a prescription that I needed immediately. Between their bumbling and Cignas poor service, it took me 25 hours to receive the prescription. Website is out of date (news from September). Hours Monday through Friday (closed on major holidays) Lab: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Physicians: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Monday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday Pharmacy: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Garbage. Unless you are an employee or are over the age of 50 they will treat you like a complete idiot. I went in over 4-5 times and all they do is charge you a fee then send you somewhere else. The staff is rude (Unless you are an elder as I said), and treat everything you say as wrong. ( Like if you know what medication helps you they will tell you it DOESNT?). Would not recommend unless you work at Harris, even then I would find a more reliable pharmacy. They are closed 75% of the time. I recently about a week ago went in one last time and the Head Pharmacist said straight to my face when explaining my pain that "Dont we all have some kind of pain!" LOL This place is a complete joke.

Slow and rude? My husband was there from 11:30 AM until 5PM, YES, 5.5 hours, for a stressed achilles tendon. They spaced out everything an hour apart, minimum. Granted, there were no Drs there, and he was seeing the nurse practitioner. My first time there I was there for an womens annual checkup, asked about an IUD, and the Dr I saw basically told me that I am getting too old for an IUD if I want to have children without health problems. I was only 28 when I asked. Thank you for scaring me.

I was misread a simple test result and told I had a serious problem I clearly did NOT have. I cant move past this error. Took me an hour of grief to figure out the deception before realizing it just was not right. Will not go back.. I dont know what is going on at this office. smh...

Excellent staff and nice facility! Both the physicians and the pharmacists really take the time to listen and advise. Ive also heard great things about their fitness classes but havent signed up for one...yet.

This is not healthcare. Healthcare is where people care and are compassionate. You will not find good bed side manner or good healthcare at this center.
