Some of the young nurses here in the ER really are lacking in there training. I had a horrible ordeal being seen for Pneumonia, Impersonal, unprofessional and severely lacking in skill. Couldnt get my IV in after like 9 tries, never checked on me as I developed a rash from one iv, and went on to develop a fever off 101 before another employee told my nurse to give me tylenol, spilled my urine sample all over the place and didnt clean it up. Unbelievable. My Doctor I feel did a thorough diagnosis, but the nursing staff needs some stronger leadership.

Effing awful ER department! If i could give a 0 star rating i would! I come in with a huge lump and they poke it (with his ungloved finger) and say here is an antibiotic, go home. It could be staph, or mrsa etc. They didnt even lance it or anything! Same doctor who said i DIDNT have bronchitis and sure enough i did! F**k this hospital! Worst experience ever. Slow as hell in the ER, rude staff members, rude and dumb as hell doctors. Too busy at the nurses station gossiping instead of doing their damn jobs!

I visited this hospital when I was pregnant with my first child their advice and treatment was extremely subpar their knowledge about my questions was so lacking that I became empowered to deliver my own baby without their help he turned out great I will never regret walking the hell out of that place when I was six months pregnant and never looking back I hope all of the gynaecologists there lose their license because they are extremely ignorant when it comes to caring for pregnant women

Our experience at Dr. Santuccis office in Robinson was a 5+. The office staff was awesome, especially Lynda and Leann. They were courteous, patient and extremely caring. The checkup with Dr. Santucci was top notch. He is extremely competent, caring and provides the personal attention that all patients strive for during an examination. Kudos to Weirton Medical Center for this great addition.

An experience is not the word this is a hospital that you go in and never come out. My grandfather went to the hospital and never came out while in the hospital he fell lost teeth went hungry some nights. All the nurses seem very nice but if u go to a hospital u want fixed up not a friend. Do not go to this hospital go to trinity in Ohio it could save a loved ones life or even ur own

That place is so horrible I get treated so bad every time I go there just because I go to the pain center they think Im drug seeking the main one is Nathain Heart I he aint even a real doc I went up with one of my headaches and he ask me if I just came from trinity like I was Hospital hoping

4700 and plus dollars for an hour emergency room Visit. Trying to get them to bill the insurance company impossible they cant take calls from a patient or make calls to an insurance company. Maybe theyll answer and attorneys call.

Oh my god what a disgrace to the medical feild! Paitents have to share a room with another person which is extremely unsanitary. Not only that but alot of people seem to die here when the have kidney stones for some reason.

I always have had a fantastic treatment/service from them in everything they do for me. I dont have insurance and they absorb the cost. They even have some doctors that will absorb cost for the uninsured.

Wrong answers about everything, some nurses not gentle, blood pressure machines not accurate & they admitted it! Doctors mislead you & not professional . Dont even feel safe in this hospital!

This is the dirtiest hospital I have ever been in. Understaffed and our nurse was rude. No call light was given and not once did I see her wash or sanitized her hands.

My husband had surgery here. It was outpatient, but the nursing staff was very helpful and receptive. They were very easy to work with. Had a good experience.
