You would think with all the bad reviews with the same issue this establishment would do something different. I moved to the area and expected to wait a while to establish with a new doctor so 2 months out I did see Dr. Malone I really liked her however the 3 hours I spent in office for first visit was crazy. I was hoping that it was just due to them switching over to a Health First Facility. Since then I have called twice trying to get in to see her and each time it is 3 to 4 weeks away. They say they often have same day appointments well that is on a walk in basis and worse wait than going to an ER. Today I called again and told them they can forget it I will be looking or somewhere else since the first available appointment for her was again 4 weeks out. STOP ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.

Waited over an hour in the waiting room then one hour in the little room waiting for the doctor then 30 minutes waiting to check out. I HAD an APPOINTMENT! And they had the nerve to tell me to arrive early for my appointment to fill out paperwork!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Will not return!

The wait is always ridiculous there (1-2 hours), whether I have an appt or not. They need more staff. Im currently looking for somewhere else to go.
