This place is the worst. When I first started going, I saw the dr every time and had no problems. Then I got pregnant. When I told them, they told me to come back in 9 months. They refused to write ANY of my prescriptions b/c I was pregnant and had no regard for what could happen to me or my baby with them cold-turkeying me off my meds. 1 week after I had my baby, I returned, only to be seen by a PA who refused to write my prescriptions without giving me a pregnancy test. Of course, it was positive b/c I had just given birth and still had those hormones in my blood! So she then told me she couldnt write my scripts, again. I dont know what happened to this place, but it went downhill fast. I never went back to that place after that. Stay away!!!

Called to make an appointment as a new patient. Staff member told me that they would call me back. Several days later I called them again to try to make an appointment because no one called me as they stated. I was informed that they had called but my caller ID must be wrong if it didnt show up. Gave them my insurance information only to be placed on hold then told that they really werent accepting new patients. Try again in a couple months. Apparently they are only compassionate if you have the right insurance, irregardless of what they accept.

Chris Coppola never addressed the issues at hand. Refused to acknowledge a torn muscle. I had to pursue that issue on my own. An ongoing lower back issue has yet to be addressed. The referral to "pain management" which is over a month in coming, turns out to be a psychiatrist, not pain management at all. His office staff is about as useless as he is. The wait time is at least an hour with each visit. Coppola is arrogant, will not listen to information supplied by a patient.
