It was easy to get into, the front desk woman seemed a little confused of something she was doing, but overall the doctor was nice, and the ultrasound tech was amazing he made my visit worth it! How ever there was a woman I believe was just some type of tech she was of Asian decent, and her attitude was horrible. I was concerned about when I can get the ultrasound disc and she told me no I will not be getting it at all, I replied by telling her my concern was that I wanted to be able to give it to my surgeon, and she replied "well its not like youll be able to know what your seeing" I was so taken back by surprise of her rude response! She seemed frustrated with every thing I asked or said to her. All in all the ultrasound tech confirmed with me that he will be able to help me with the disc next week. I am happy I went just taken back by the professionalism with the tech. The facility was outstanding! Super clean l, even offered there patients to grab a free ice cold water bottle.

Worst place ever. I took my wife here after she fell and had pain on here leg. The front desk was friendly but I dont know where they get there doctors from. The doctor without even seeing my wife orders a x-ray on here ankle, even though that wasnt where the pain was. He comes in and says her ankle is fine. Then proceeds to random fire questions to my wife without letting her answer. Touches her legs a couple of time then says she fine and its all in her head. Are you kidding me. The doctor try to make my wife feel like an idiot and feel like we were not worthy of his time. Most of my family work in the medical field so Im familiar with how a doctor should conduct themselves and this guy was a joke. He should not be practicing medicine and needs to learn about bedside manners. If i could give them a zero I would. Stay away.

Amazing urgent care facility, they took my insurance card and made copies then a couple of minutes later they called me to the back, I was placed in a triage area where a medical assistant took my complaint and blood pressure and stuff then I was placed in another room, The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and gave me a full explanation of my condition, he wrote me up a couple of prescriptions and I was on my way out in no time. Love this place, I have been to 3 or 4 of their locations and every time I go there it is a great experience. Thank you for being there for me on a holiday weekend, I love the fact that you are open 365 days.

From the time I walked into MD Now Urgent Care, I was welcomed and treated with respect. Everyone was courteous and efficient, especially the doctor who removed a piece of cotton from my ear in seconds. The clinics pharmacy had the antibiotic eardrops available so I did not have to spend an hour or more waiting for the Rx to be filled. I highly recommend MD Now Urgent Care. Dr. Laurie Nadel

Great experience! Office has a spa feeling and the staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely be a returning patient and so will my family. Doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and I even got a call the next day to see how I was feeling. They really go above and beyond!

Had an appointment at 9:30. Its been an hour and 15 min and we r still in the waiting area!!! Just found out they only have one doctor!! Its an urgent care! U would expect more than 1 doctor for all these people in the waiting area!!! Its crazy!! I wonder what time we r gonna finish!!

Had to go in for a tetanus shot after stepping on a piece of rusty metal. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the process was quick and easy. I will definitely be back (but hopefully not!) should I have any future medical concerns.

Md now? Lol. Md not being able to identify appendicitis. I was told that i can only do CT in 4 days.. great urgent care. Great attitude. Would never recommend going there with abdominal pain. They just cannot diagnose these conditions.
