Awful! I was at the ER and the customer service is POOR! No compassion and the nurse practitioner that I saw was so rude! She had no bedside manner. I told these employees when I was at registrations that I had a name change. They still went ahead and register me with the incorrect last name! Even though my ID and INSURANCE CARD had a totally different last name. I was brought inside by a Tech that took my vitials and took a yellow crayon and started writing all the information down. When my nurse came in she pointed that out to him and he just laughed and walked away! I never ever seen such stupid employees before! When the nurse practitioner came in, she had no bed side manners, she took a swab of my throat and when I cough as a reaction she said I should not have cough in her face! Well the last time I check, if you were worried about getting something from someone then maybe you should of wear a mask. Or not work in the ER. Worst place ever! Dont every go! Next time I would go to Aventura Hospital or Memorial and get better treatment!

Quien trato de forma inhumana y grocera a esta persona, no recomendaria a ninguna persona que conozco que utilize los servicios de este hospital, no desearia pensar que la tencion tan mala fue por que la persona era hispana..

One star for the guy at the reception because all the rest wasnt a good experience. The emergency room was dirty dirty dirty. I saw a person from the cleaning crew walking with a disgusting garbage bag and she left that slipping thru the floor while she was walking. I could see thru the bag poop, blood. After that I started noticing that everything was pretty disgusting, dust everywhere (I hope it was only dust). Unfortunately it doesnt stop there. Besides being sick and feeling that I could get out of there with a serious infections due to the non- very clean location they sent me the bill and 3 days after I received it they started calling me to pay for it. If you are in the Aventura area I would try another options. I will not go back to that place again

Where do I begin on this absolute horror of a facility. To keep this brief, Ill use bulletpoints. See below: -Told me my insurance would covered my emergency room visit and I only owed a $250 copay. Later, they sent me a bill for ~$1,500 -Discharged me with a misdiagnosis, nearly missing the fact that I had a broken rib (they told me it was just a muscle spasm). A non-attending medical practitioner caught my attendants mistake. -Very inattentive, no personality, and zero bedside manner. -Rude receptionist. Watching me obviously agonizing in pain, I felt simply ignored. If you want to be treated like garbage by clueless doctors, Mount Sinai Medical Center in Aventura Florida is the place for you!

Im so upset in the lack of ability to resolve my severe pain in my leg. To the point I wanted my leg removed. They scanned my leg which cost $200 normally elsewhere. And said your fine. They gave me some pain prescription pills and said oh its muscular. Anyways..I had to go somewhere crying to find out my hip was severely out of place causing my excrutating pain down my leg knee and foot. Top it off I get a nice bill for the worst service in my life. Im now dealing with debit collectors cuz I find them to be a fraud organization. Every time Im on a recorded a line Im glad. I give them a piece of my mind of how useless this place has become. What a joke. So sad. Dont go here or anywhere in Aventura.

I had a consultation with the doctor in May and brought my records to the office. They scanned them and then called me to bring again as the scans were lost. I made another trip to bring to them and they said they would call me to pick up. They never did. After numerous calls and speaking with the Office Manager, he promised he would mail to me. He never mailed anything. They lost my records and disc that I brought to them. Terrible management in the office. I would never return. If they lose records, etc. how can they manage your health. Terribly disappointed.

The PA that took care of me was so disrespectful and incompetent and said my stomach pains are from anxiety. How does that make sense? I dont have anxiety. The nurse never asked me about my pain and only saw me when I came in and then saw me 3 hours later to discharge me. It would of been nice if she came in at least once every hour to check up on me.

Have been having my Chem treatments here and had to visit the ER for a cyst that needed to be opened and cleaned. Always super friendly people - nurses, doctors, security, everyone i have met. I enjoy coming in for my doctor visits and treatments (yes wish I didnt need to spend time in any hospital/doctors office).

Ridiculous slowly service !!! We here there...urgency room... without others patients around and them toke 2 hours to check a simple infection !!! Also a man in his 60s...maybe doctor or assistant was completely unprofessional !!!

This hospital is a disgrace. The doctors had very little to no bedside manner. They truly punished my child with their incompetence. I wish we could have went to a childrens hospital from the start. Please avoid at all costs.

Poor service! My uncle had a surgery and after he was in pain and had to wait more than 5 hours to the doctor do something. Their excuse was "we are very busy " pleaseeeeeeeee 1000 employees. First and last!
