Dr. Cuello is a great doctor. Unfortunately his staff is very unprofessional and disorganized. You always have to wait an hour or more even with an appointment. I kept going back to see Dr. Cuello because I really like him, but I had it my last visit....I went in for pre-op labs and omg...the darker medical assistant is horrible, she needs to go back to school and learn about patient privacy...in the middle of the waiting area shes asking me out loud what surgery im having...are you kidding me? Then if that wasnt bad enough she had to take my blood, of course she missed the first time and then decided to take her finger (not wearing gloves) and started to press on the needle while its in my vein going in and out...i was so mortified!! Then she went on to blame me because i was nervous...Then it was time for my EKG, she was unprepared couldnt find the EKG leads walking in and out of the room I was in with the door left open while my top was down, she had no clue where to put the leads took forever to get the leads on, then couldnt operate the computer...another girl came in and helped her....Another thing that I thought was very rude and unprofessional I thought I was seeing Dr. Cuello but another Doctor walked in the room...I was never told i would be seeing someone else. I have yet to recieve my blood work....still waiting....I will never go back to this office...Dr. Cuello you are a great doctor but your staff needs to be more professional and get trained properly in the medical field, maybe no one has said anything to you since most of your patients are older, but its pretty sad!!

We certainly can recommend Dr Susana Gonzalez, the other MD in this location, and Dr Cuello-Fuentes does not sound too awful either. Sure, sometimes there is some waiting, but for a great caring doctor we are happy to work with any minor inconveniences!

Horrible service. I came in for allergic reaction. My entire face was swollen I was waiting in the office for over 2 hours before I saw a dr.

Got charge for lab work, never got the results, waited 2 hrs to see the Dr. for a 5 sec talk. Not going back or recommending in Miami Beach
