If there was an option for Zero stars, I would have utilized it. I have never in my life been more appalled by a doctors "bedside manner". I went to approximately 10 appointments with my girlfriend, and each and every time, Dr. Dayalan made her feel extremely uncomfortable, to the point of literal crying. He is very forward in his attitude towards making advances on woman. He is needlessly touchy with his patients. He grabbed her by the waist while approaching her in the exam room, while she was simply standing and waiting for him to come in. This is supposed to be a medical professional, not a nightclub owner approaching a crowd of drunk girls who bought bottle service. He breaks all sorts of protocols by being the only male in a room while examining female patients(and i mean more than simple examinations). He makes his recommendations and diagnosis in front of an entire staff along with many other patients because hes too lazy to shut the door and too self-righteous to not have his voice heard. He also has a slew of interns from Pitt, ALL of whom are 20-26 year old females, all of them smitten with the allure of money and respect which he perpetuates by his absolute need for narcissism. Ashim is to blame for this as well, he TEXTS THEM while at work, blatantly flirts with them, rubs their hands and shoulders, and will very obviously place his hands on their hips while standing behind them. Overall, if youre a male, you will probably love him, hes very succinct and quick with his male patients. If you are a prospective female patient, Id truly recommend steering clear. I have left out almost all of the more repulsive and vulgar things that have happened over the course of 10 visits, not out of respect for him, but for the respect of my girlfriends anonymity.

I was recommended to Dayalan by the pediatrician who oversaw my daughters care at her birth. She had a chronic heart condition and had great things to say about Dayalans attention to detail. Fast forward to my own experiences over the past two years. Im a healthy, active 30 year old. But in the last two years I had one random bout of vertigo and an appendectomy. On both occasions Dayalan was able to see me within a timeframe I felt was commiserate with my own sense of urgency. The only reason I didnt give a 5 is that they have sporadic trouble with their phones. Its being addressed, and in the meantime Dayalan assured me that walk-ins are always welcome. Ive had great experiences with Dayalan. He listens, he cares, and he treats me like a human being. Very happy.

So i switched pcps because of the horrible front office staff at my prior pcp. My 1st visit was great, i had a follow up appt after a hospital stay for diverticulitis. 2 months later Im having symptoms again including pain in my side, fever, fatigue. I call in at 830am and ask if they will call in an antibiotic, and they say they will call me back. At 115pm i call back and get put on hold for 5 minutes and hang up. I finally get a call back until 3pm, where they tell me the dr will not call in an antibiotic without seeing me. They say i can be seen tomorrow at 245pm, which i cannot do, so they offer Monday. I cant function with a nonstop fever and fatigue so MedExpress here i come. Definitely do not recommend this office.

Dr. Dayalan is a PCP as well as a health guardian. I have had acne that needed attention because it turned out to be a medically instable situation for my eye. He gave me my guardasyl shots and has happily removed ticks off me property. The staff is great. The doctor I see is very serious about the Hippocratic oath. Most doctors just see you to solve a problem. Dr. Dayalan takes time to make sure the whole body is healthy. I have nothing but gratitude to him his collegues and staff.

I was looking for a new pcp and went to this group for chest pains.Never Again! They did testing and that was fine but then the bills started coming in. Billed for so many things I couldnt possibly know if they are accurate. They are sending threatening letters every 7 days for payment. Tests were done in April and I have already paid half but thats not good enough for them as the letters keep coming. I have never seen a practice so worried about their money and not the patient. BEWARE!

I been seeing doctors since 2003. From my experience doctors are fine but from decks people are not friendly and not helpful. They do not do their job right they dont care what the people who come to the office. does five-star are not for from decks people is for the doctors⭐️
