Worst service that Ive seen in my entire life this place sucks first time I went to this place they made me wait 1.30 h for the doctor because she went on break at the time of my appointment, next time I come 7 mins late and they cancelled my appointment and moved me for next week because I was "too late" I hope they dont get someone who is really sick and dies because of how slow and incompetent this people are

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If it was possible I would give it half a star because worst receptionists ever, super rude with no customer service in mind. Clearly they dont care to help people they just go to get paid. They let the phones ring and when you call they hang up. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your time or money on it.

Appalled by how unprofessional everybody at this location is! Basic customer service skills arent there- and somehow every time you call and they are too busy they hang up their phones. Definitely take your business elsewhere because this isnt worth anyones time, unless you are retired which is most people that go there.

Super bad customer service! The blond lady was unprofessional, they always hung up. They never answer unacceptable for the insurance to work with these people! The doctor could be nice but the receptionist are the worst ever!
