They dont accept credit cards or checks cash only and they wait until youve been waiting in the area they call a reception/waiting room 45-60 minutes. They dont know anything about insurance coverage and do not communicate with insurance provider to verify. They made me go twice in one day because of these issues and at the end they couldnt see me because I didnt have cash on me. The doctor was very rude to me when I asked to pay with check or credit card. The employees were rude as well and ignored me. I have never had this type of crappy customer service. It even made me cry of how rude they treated me.

So I recently visited this DR for the First time. When I walk in with my appointment ( I had to use my lunch hour in order to see the DR) the waiting/reception area was filled... I Literally saw the DR. about two hours later!!! I Love the Dr. She was very Nice and was able to communicate with me effectively. (I didnt have any issues with the staff) But Today I have a follow up appt. and well My appt was for 12:30 its now almost 2 and they said 20-30 min. The DR was late to the office... hence delaying everyones appt. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL

La atención es pésima. Aún con cita te hacen esperar entre 2 y 3 horas. Qué falta de respeto, profesionalismo y servicio al cliente. Además debes llamar a preguntar en repetidas ocasiones para conocer los resultados de los exámenes. No lo recomiendo.

The office staff are very RUDE, you ask them any question they dont even answerd you, they make you wait 2-3 hours, when you have lab done or any kind of test they dont call you with the result, you have to call them 3-4 times to get an answer. I like the Doctor but they service is really bad, they need to change all the staff, terrible service and comunication.....

The worst experience in my life, staff is rude, wait is about 1 hr even with appointment. The doctor diagnosed me with something I didnt even had in front of everyone, of her staff and costumers. I left there crying, disgusting place, this lady shouldnt be a doctor, makes others doctors look bad. Hate it.

Dr. Diaz has been my PCP for about 10 years. I am very satisfied with her. Sometimes the wait is long, even with an appointment, however, the time she spends with you makes the wait worthwhile.
