La peor clínica de Miami fui con mi mama quien es la paciente de ellos y con mi hija de dos años supuestamente el turno era para las dos y media d la tarde y nos atendieron 2 horas después . Por supuesto mi hija ya staba intranquila porq tiene 2 años y estaba llorando , y una señora embarazada quien supuestamente es la administradora salió y me dijo muy rudamente que tenía que sacar a mi hija para afuera con tremendo sol y calor porq los pacientes no podían oír esa gritería !!!! O sea como le dices a una madre q lleve a su hija al sol y al calor porq tiene tremenda gritería !!! Es inconcebible que no les importen los niños en un país que defiende tanto los derechos d los niños !!!! La atención pésima !!!! Y las tres recepcionistas mal educadas y groseras ! Malas palabras le decían a una paciente por teléfono !!! Horror d clínica !!! Lo peor que he visto en Miami !! Q la cierren diría yo !!!

WORST CLINIC EVER! I went to see the doctor because i have severe chest pain. THEY DIDNT EVEN ASK WHY I WAS THERE. DID NOT ASK anything ABOUT MY MEDICAL HX. they tried to make me fill out an advanced directive and sign other forms in Spanish AFTER i told her i didnt understand the language. After a long wait, they stuck me in a back room with a "nurse" who did not speak English and could not understand me. She had patient files exposed (i took pictures and will be submitting to HIPAA)- i told her that was a HIPAA violation as it had patient information clearly visible, she laughed and said she would be "right back" not 2 mins later she came back to kick me out of the patient room (we didnt finish filling out my paperwork) she was giving the room to another patient who came in AFTER i did. mind you, on the way out i noticed several other patient rooms totally vacant. i sat and waited for 2 hours after that. They didnt bother with me at all. I asked twice how much longer as i am not feeling well... she went to go check and didnt come back out. I had to leave and go to an urgent care.

Only one word for the service of this place " Disgraceful"Called one day on behalf of my husband to get more info on how to make an appointment, and I was discourteously answered by a Lourdes. This was our first experience with La Alianza, and Lourdes was very rude. I asked her very kindly on how to make an appointment for a referral and she answered very bluntly as if were supposed to know what I was doing and hung up on me twice. All we were asking for was help and if Lourdes is the face of La Alianza, then they will not be collecting money from our insurance. In fact neighbors on our block actually had suggested we go to La Alianza. I will be letting our neighbors about our short experience as well as others. I would also like to add, we are surprised the manager Yenny Valdes would accept such unaceptable service.
