If I could give a negative star I would ! Ive been coming here for many years n as the years go by the staff gets worse n worse the only reason I keep coming is because of their good weight loss plan. Many of my friends gave up on going because of the horrible n unprofessional staff. Only in Miami does a front desk staff get offended by a customer asking how long the wait is, to then have the very unprofessional nurse that probably bought he nursing lisence open the door n yell whos the patient complaining about the wait with an attitude I couldnt believe this "nurse" who went to school instead of coming out and apologizing because Im the customer Im paying to be there shes not doing me a favor its her job !! Instead of apologizing she got offended that I didnt want to keep waiting hours in an empty waiting Room!!! I let That go to the next time I come back the first thing the very unprofessional n rude front desk girl with the black hair telling me "today u have to waiT" thats how she approached a patient coming into the medical office. U better believe Im going to report this none sense!!! If u dont like your job go home!!!!! Other people will gladly do it n with a much better attitude !!! Horrible horrible staff

Si quiere tener buena atención y además tener alcance a un lugar i centro médico donde no dan pastelelitos pero si se procuran por su salud y hacen medicina de verdad ,,,valencia medical center es su opción ,hay veces es fácil hacer un comentario negativo por alguna razón pero es bien difícil saber apreciar las cosas buenas y por eso recomiendo esta clínica aunque tenga que esperar para ser atendido bien vale la pena ,si Dios contigo quien contra ti ! Felicidades Valencia Medical Center !!!!

Very unprofessional staff. Forget the fact that none of them speak the language of this country, they also seem to have issues with manners and all appear to really hate their job. The person who attends at the front window does not even have the decency to look at you as she schedules your next appointment, which by the way is never an actual appointment. You are placed on a list and then have to sign in because patients are actually seen first come first serve. The lobby is tiny and has no convenience for children. It does not help that they are using this office as a cosmetic center as well. Weight loss center, laser hair removal and medicare all in one. Who does that? Even then, with a bigger location to accommodate the multiple uses of this office and some actual professional staff who may accomplish an occasional glance at the patient with a smile and speak English, these physicians (or physician with a nurse better said) may actually be able to have some positive reviews for a change.

I had a horrendous experience at Valencia Medical Center. The front desk staff are unprofessional and incompetent. No eye contact, they never get up from your seat to greet you, expressionless, rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. They also have no system in place at the front desk which results in extremely long wait times. Quack doctor is inept and cannot even follow their own schedule. If you come here you will have to wait over an hour and a half past your appointment time, recieve borderline verbal abuse from the front desk staff, and when you finally see the doctor, you will recieve a cookie cutter treatment plan. Please do yourself a favor and go to ANY other doctors office. I would rather not go to the doctor at all then return to this office. Every staff member at this facility, from the front desk staff to the doctors, show no pride or passion in what they do which ultimately leads to the most unpleasant of experiences. Horrible.

They call themselves a pediatric establishment although they see older patients. The first time I went I was seen by the pediatric doctor who is there on Thursdays only. I decided to go on the other days to see the adult doctor. Instead, some woman who would not divulge her name saw me. I asked if she was the doctor and she said no. So.... The front desk girls are atrocious and know nothing. I waited over a month for them to setup a specialty appointment--a reference the new way, which is to set it up online. Got tired of calling them to do it. Never reminded me of appointments although the girl up front swears that she did--in a very sarcastic and nasty way. They are what seems to be a front for beauty and weight loss. If thats what you want, go. If it is a doctor you seek, go elsewhere.

Didnt like this place at all, the staff was rude and especially the lady in the front by the desk was super rude and gave me an attitude when I had ask her if she had called my insurance to authorize my appointment that I had coming up and she said that didnt have time and she will eventually get to it but with a nasty attitude. Im never coming here again!

The wait is almost 2 hours, but the Doctor is a sweetheart and very good doctor, professional and caring. The staff at front door is very kind and knowledgeable even though some of them doesnt speak English. In overall, I like the office, the Doctor and her Staff.

Staff cannot speak English clearly. Very hard to understand. Very slow service and unprofessional. Had to call many times a day to check for test result and was put on 10 mins hold and hung up almost every time. Never to go there again.

Appointment schedule sucks. If you are on time for an appointment the wait time is about 2hrs minimum. Hope your not in a rush
