Almost A Yr. Ago I Was Referred To This Office By A Couple Friends Of Mines For A Butt Augmentation. When Meeting With The Surgical Coordinator I Was Assured That I Would See The Doctor Before Paying Full Price Of Procedure To Discuss Recommendations And Possibilities, So I Did Put Down A $500 Deposit, Returning The Next Day The Doctor Wasnt There To Do My Consultation... Which Was Very Important To Me Due To Back Fractures That I Sustained From A Car Accident, I Wanted To Know If I Could Receive This Procedure Or Not Due To Injuries... Once Again I Was Assured That I Would See Dr. Decio Before Having This Procedure For A Consultation. I Felt Very Rushed No One In The Office Spoke Proper English But Demanded That I Paid For The Procedure In Full To Guarantee A Surgery Date, Once Again As I Spoke Of My Fractures Again And Wanted The Dr.To Know About It They Assured Me Everything Was Ok And The Dr. Would See Me. So I Paid For The Full Procedure Which Was $5500 -Plus For Garments That I Never Received And Wouldnt Until After The Procedure. The Day Of Surgery Was The 1st Time That I Saw Dr. Decio And He Himself Was Baffled At That Being The 1st Time That Hed Saw Me And Was Furious With His Staff And Stated How Uncoordinated The Staff Was As I Had Been The 3rd Person That Day That Had The Same Circumstances As Others. He Denied My Procedure And So Did The Anesthesiologist Because I Hadnt Been Seen Prior To Surgery Date For A Normal Consultation, Once I Told Him About My Fractures He Denied It Immediately He Also Stated That I Should Have A Tummy Tuck Done First And Then A BBL, Well Thats Not What Was Told To Me Before Paying My Money So I, Hearing This For The 1st Time Became Upset And So Did The Doctor. Long Story Short I Was Robbed Just Not With A Gun Pointed To My Head... Ive Made Several Phone Calls To The Office In Reference To A Refund Even Had My Lawyer Reach Out To Them And NO RESPONSE At All... I Wouldnt Recommend This Office To Anyone They Are Liars And Thieves... And All I Want Is My Money Back Before Pursuing A Lawsuit On This Company... I Wouldnt Have Even Given Them 1 Star But In Order To Post This I Had To Rate Them 1 Star But They Dont Even Deserve That

Tengan cuidado. En el centro de Aventura. No están muy bien informados y tratan de vender (es su trabajo) pero te quiere vender procedimientos no necesarios o correctos. No quiero poner el nombre de la persona que me entrevisto para no ocasionarle problema. Antes de tomar cualquier decision por favor investigue y busque por lo menos 3 opiniones sobre su procedimiento. Pida información y no de ningún deposito hasta no estar seguro de todo lo que necesita. Para un procedimiento simple me querían hacer desde laboratorios especiales hasta rayos X, luego de consultar con otros medicos incluyendo mi doctor de cabecera realize que eran innecesarios. Me estoy haciendo el procedimiento en otro lugar. Y para mejorar la situación, estoy pagando menos de la mitad que me querían cargar en Seduction. Para que sepan lo único que me iba hacer era arreglar los lóbulos de mis orejas que por el tiempo se han abierto demasiado. Esto se hace con anestesia local y lleva menos de 20 minutos cada oreja. Es como la anestesia del dentista. Por favor infórmese bien de su procedimiento. No siempre las propagandas son como te lo pintan de lindo.

I give this place 1 star only because of the friendly staff. But as a patient I am very disappointed. When I came for a consult all my questions were answered and all needs met. Then once I paid and everything was final was when the problems began. Was told to be there at 11 for my surgery at 12, sat in their lobby in just a robe and socks for 3 hours. Doctor and nurses were nice but was a lot of goofing around when patients were under. I dont speak Spanish so every time they called me to confirm my therapy appointments they always talked to me in Spanish. They hung up on me a few times because they didnt understand English. No one ever called me to see how everything was going when I finished my therapy sessions. A friend of mine mentioned it to them when she went in for her surgery because she was surprised and disappointed as well. Finally was brought in for my first follow up just for them to ask me all questions they should already have the answers to (I.e. When was my surgery? How long has it been? Etc..) and after that first follow up where they thought I was at my 3 month mark when I was only at my second, I havent heard from them since then. Im not happy with my results and I dont have the patience to call back, be put on hold until someone who speaks English picks up to talk to me or made the drive all the way back over there. Also what really upset me was the person I did my consult with, I specifically asked about bruising which was my main concern and she said soon as the surgery is over the doctor gives me medicine that is suppose to keep me from bruising, which was not done at all and when I asked about the pill they then told me I had to purchase it. Like I said staff was friendly but I doubt I would return for any other services from them. I did want to return to have my boyfriend get the teeth whitening and I wanted to return for the eye lash treatments, but after this makes me want to look elsewhere.

DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I attempted to have my procedure done here,but ever since I placed a "small payment" to secure my date Ive been treated like trash since then. The people who work here are so nice and helpful until they get even a little bit of your money. I put down $100 to "pencil in" my date (as a college student thats the best I could do until the end of the month when I get paid). Before signing the contract I had applied for care credit via there website and inquired about it over the phone. Yanin (staff member at Seductions) told me that "they dont take care credit anymore due to fraud". She then coerced me to sign the contract, and told me that was the only way for me to get my $100 back. She told me my account was "in limbo" and that this was the only way to forward my claim to the refund department. Well...I signed the contract...but guess what..she says theres NOTHING SHE CAN DO! Now she claims that she has to go through the managers and wait for a response. IMAGINE IF I HAD GIVEN THEM THE ACTUAL DEPOSIT OF $500!? I still want my money and I have yet to receive it. The staff at Seductions@Doral are money hungry, inconsiderate people. They have no disregard for people or their situation, no matter how much you explain to them. ESPECIALLY STAY AWAY FROM YANIN, SHE TALKS ALOT AND TRIES TO BE FRIENDS WITH YOU, AND THEN WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT FOR HER SHE WILL LIE! I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE -5 STARS.Today I called to inquire about my refund, and supposedly "the managers havent responded". I was on hold for an HOUR! I feel bad for the medical professionals that work here, your staff is not doing right by this company and its driving away customers.
