I have a 12 yr old Shephard mix with several health issues. Dr. K approaches his practice with a combination of diagnostics and heartfelt care. Me and my dog have grown to trust and rely on him. He takes the time to explain everything in detail so that you understand and are an active participant in your pets care plan. He answers all my questions and has always been supportive and patient. His experience gives him the ability to think outside of the box when needed to meet the needs of your pet, he really sees all his patients as individuals and treats accordingly. I followed him from his former place of practice because of the level of care, honesty, knowledge and results based practice of his craft. My girl is important to me and I without question put my trust in Dr. K to help us and communicate fully so that I am able to make the best and informed decision. He puts pets and people first that is the cornerstone of his philosophy and he isnt willing to compromise that for a shortcut. I without hesitation recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vet that combines the clinical with genuine care for patients. If you have pets especially if they have a complicated history this is the place to get them well and give you piece of mind. Try Park Rose and Dr. K. M. Ayala

I had bad experience in one of the animal hospitals so I decided to give a Park Rose Animal Hospital a shot. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the following: this hospital is very clean, vet technicians and personnel answering the phones are very helpful, polite and professional and Dr. K. truly cares about animals. Of course, everyone can say that the vet cares about animals but here are some examples how Dr. K shows that he cares. First of all, I have 3 dogs and care for them can be quite expensive so Dr. K and his staff decided to give few Kong toys to my pack. Kong toys are expensive and even I buy them often, my dogs are shredders so this little act of kindness meant a lot to me. Another time Dr. K did not want to charge me for the visit. He charged me only for the shots because he understands how expensive carrying for the animals can be. I offered to pay the full bill but he refused. This tells me that Dr. K truly cares about animals and about their proper care. They have a lot of good perks and they always make sure that animals and their human customer are happy. I highly recommend Dr. K and Park Rose Animal Hospital, because they are professional, polite, friendly, clean and they truly care about our fury friends.

When I first got my puppy he got really sick the first few days of him being with us. I was calling all these vets just to get Teddy checked out and to make sure he was okay but all of them were telling me they were unavailable and/or they were giving me ridiculous prices, finally after several failed attempts I called the rescue where I got Teddy and they called Park Rose and told me Dr. K could see Teddy immediately. When I got there the office was clean, the staff was caring, helpful and friendly and when I met Dr. K he made sure to do everything he could in order to make Teddy feel better. Not only is Park Rose an amazing animal hospital because of Dr. Ks knowledge of animals and the staffs friendliness but because of their quick service and lower prices than other vets. I highly recommend Park Rose and Dr. K because I know that I can always rely on them to take great care of my puppy.

I want to take the time to say how grateful I am I brought my Tinkerbell (Yorkie) to Dr. Kugashiya. From the moment I talked to Rachelle I knew I found a caring place. Tinkerbell was attacked about two years ago by a pit bull, I had 23 teeth extracted, only had 7 teeth left. These badly deteriorated, also. Her ear and nose healed from the pit bull bite. However her other teeth suffered and her breath was awful. The Dr. K. spent caring time going over a plan to remove all the rest of the bad teeth, and took such great care of my docile Tinkerbell. Everyone Rachel, Dr.K and Emily were are so sweet even tho I called many times. They never lost patience and cared more about caring for my dog then anything else. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet that is honest and caring. Thank you Dr. K and staff from the bottom of Tinkerbell and my heart.

Dr. K is the best vet I have had the pleasure of working with. He diagnosed my dog with juvenile diabetes and as been treating Bowser since. Dr. K is an amazing veterinarian, but most importantly a great person. I know that Doctor K legitimately cares about my dog and is willing to go the extra mile. His prices are comparable or lower than other vets I have used, but the service is top notch. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone recognizes me and Bowser as soon as I walk in the door. Do your pet a favor and give Park Rose a chance, you wont regret it.

Supposedly cheaper than most places it was recommended to me by a friend... brought my dog due to arthritis pains and they managed to kill my dog you ask how? They said they would not examine him unless he is sedated given he could barrely walk and had a muzzle on... So to sum it up the sedation had a very bad side effect that shot his kidnees and in less than 48 hours he passed away! Do yourself a favor and take your pets elsewhere, because money is not the most important aspect when it comes to their health!

I use to work with Dr. Kugashiya. I absolutely loved working with him. He is such an amazing and compassionate doctor. He loves what he does and it shows, he is fantastic with animals. He is the only doctor who takes care of my furry animals and they love him a lot. I am so happy and excited for him having his own practice. The hospital is absolutely gorgeous and I know it will do great because there is a fantastic doctor who owns it!

My family has known Dr. K for a few years when he worked at Banfield animal hospital. He has always taken care of our animals and always explained things to us that made us feel like we were making the right decisions. They are very respectable and sincere when you have to make that tough decision. I would highly recommend this place for family and friends who have pets!!

I highly suggest Park Rose Animal Hospital. The staff and vet our wonderful to work with. As one of the founders of Fetching Tails Foundation, we use Park Rose for many of our adoptable dogs and all of them get the best care needed and are always flexible with us on time/schedule to get our dogs to see the vet. The office is not only clean but very trendy and nice inside.

Dr. K is the best vet! He has always been there for us for over eight years. He explains everything very throughly to his clients and makes sure you are not over priced. Hes truly there for your pet. He also personally calls to tell test results and explains the best options. I promise you wont be disappointed. Dr. K and his staff are number 1!
