Let me start by saying that we are new to the area. We had went to a different vet in the area but we were unhappy with the service we received. So that brings us to finding Wise Rd. Animal Hospital. Im so happy that we went there. They truly care about animals! It didnt seem like just a job to them, but rather they were very genuine. Unfortunately, we only had 2 visits to the vet. Our cat was very sick and old. We had to put him down, but the treatment we received ,as well as our kitty, was so kind. They didnt rush us with this difficult decision. And on the day of our kittys passing, they allowed us as much time as we wanted to spend with him. They were very kind. So although we only saw them twice, if we were to get another pet then we will definitely be going back there. The Coles and Ziggy truly appreciated all of your help.

Went in this morning to get some prescription dog food because we had run out and our dog was ill having eaten other food until we had the time to visit our primary veterinarian which is an hour and a half drive away to get more. They refused to sell us the dog food stating they needed to see the dog first and when presented with multiple pictures they stated they needed a scheduled appointment. When asked if we could have our primary veterinarian contact them so we would be able to purchase the food they declined. It was made clear to us Wise Road Animal Hospital cares more about profits they would have received from an appointment than the health of our ill dog. Unfortunate and disturbing encounter. We will be taking our business elsewhere and recommend everyone else does the same.

The doctors and staff at Wise Road Animal Hospital are amazing!! They have taken care of our dog Bentley for several years. Bentley had a serious medical issue, the doctors and staff supported us for 3 months until he recovered. The doctors took the time to make calls to follow up on his progress. Very knowledgeable, professional and caring, I highly recommend this office!!

They are wonderful. Carrington, compassionate, and very helpful. I placed an appointment request online on a weekend. They contacted me promptly Monday morning to schedule. They are easy to talk to and genuinely love animals. I cant complement the staff enough.

Dr DeCrane really listens and cares about your pet. Treats you like family...i have been going there with my dogs for 20 years. Staff is very friendly and helpful
