I cant speak highly enough of Dr. Michael Williams and his staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and true experts in their field. My family has been seeing Dr. Michael Williams for over 10 years and he consistently delivers an exceptional experience for each one of us. Most recently, I chipped a tooth on a Tuesday night. I called Dr. Williams office the next morning at 8AM and they were able to perform a flawless emergency repair an hour later at 9AM in between seeing other patients. I cant recommend his office enough.

i am just so glad that i got rid of my old scum bag dentist and switched to Dr. Williams per my recommendation, he is one of the best, nicest and most professional dentists i have ever encountered, he is a perfectionist....I live in Middletown, but i dont mind to drive to Simsbury to see him and his staff. If you are not happy with your current dentist, then you should call Dr. Williams office, you will get your money worth...

Seriously the best dentist I have ever had. I had cavity-prone teeth and always had at least two cavities at each routine visit regardless how well I brushed and flossed. No dentist was able to give me a solution; instead, accusing me of not taking good care of my teeth. Dr. Williams introduced me to Carifree, and problem solved! I havent had a cavity for almost 2 yrs now.
