I dont even know where to start with this...they did a horrible job on my son and is cleanings. Hes 2 so all he needed was for his teeth to be brushed and flouride put on them. I could have brushed them better at home and his mouth was wide open too. For mine, the cleaning was super fast and rushed, my gums got nicked multiple times and they were not careful around the four spots that i had just gotten my wisdoms pulled from a week prior, the tube got shoved into one of the sockets and hurt so bad i could cry. They literally just dabbed flouride on my front teeth and that was it. my insurance is paying how much just for that?! And they continuously keep saying that they will do all this work whether my insurance covers or not and that i can make a payment plan....mind you i applied for the credit card and was denied because i am unemployed and have no credit whatsoever. When i said i didnt have a job they said that my fiancé could just pay for it for me..talk about pushy! They didnt want me to wait the four weeks to wait for approval from my insurance, they wanted payment asap. They are also saying that i have multiple cavities and some of them that i was "shown" werent even existant! I truly believe this one lady that came in saying "watch it they try to do unnecessary work".

Ive been going here for a good while now. For the first half every appointment wait, well over a half hour past my appointment time. I will say everyone is very nice and courteous. Dr. Aurora was outstanding. And always thanked me for my patience in waiting and waiting In between and during procedures. This year I guess a new policy is to constantly remind a customer of their appointments before the day comes. And no one told me if I dont confirm EVERY reminder call I will loose my appointment slot. Which okay annoying more so because no one told me that was the policy. I had an appointment today; at the last minute my endocrinologist told me I should hold off on my fillings until my thyroid medication has calmed down my thyroid enough. In order to remain less sick ... The medicine itself can wipe out my immune system w no warning, leaving me unable to go anywhere. Apparently this was not a good enough explanation. So if I wish to make an appointment with them again, I would be treated as a walk in, and could face wait time up to an hour or so...really? As if when I first started going to you the hour waits (not being a walk in) was bad enough. Now a legit medical reason I get this? Sorry youre not the only game in town .... And you go though doctors like McDonalds .....

Where do I start I get to this "dentist" office to bring my kids in for a cleaning and I hear the girls complain about the manager and doctors. I overhear the secetaries talk about a credit card and how many applications they need to hit the mark they ask me to fill it out . I refused and they kept insisting. I go to the back while I talk to the hygenist what the problem is she talks over me. The doctor was rushing on my kids and did not tell me if my kids had any cavities. I am so frusterated at this point I just want to leave. Then the secretaries ask me to fill out a google review I saw them offering it to all the patients in the waiting room they bribe you to do it they tell you they will give you a free tooth brush and they give you the computer some patients are basically forced. This is how they got 4.8 BYFORCING PEOPLE worst service over all must I say how dirty the office was.YIKES. This office is a patient factory All they want is money do not care about anything else they booked so many patients at once.

I had teeth filled and bonding done by Dr.Lee, everything was fine till the novacaine wore off then the massive pain started. I called Dr Dental and asked the receptionist if the docyor could order me some pain meds. She went to ask and the doctors said she only got fillingsIn other words I shoundnt be in pain. well did you forget about shaving down my teeth then bonding them. Sheesh you think I was asking for gold. Thank God she gave in and ordered me pain meds. couldnt get them until the next day cause they would have been closed by the time I got there. So I suffered and fell asleep with ice pack on my face. This all could have been avoided if she ordered it before I left. Other then that the experience of getting my teeth done was pain free even the needles. Thank you Dr. Lee for that. I didnt even feel the needles going in thanks to her numbing it before hand. I was deathly afraid to go to the dentist due to the needles plus all the pain.

I do not recommend this dentist. I called them and explained that I was in pain, they told me they had no appointments available but they take walk ins for emergancies. Then when I arrived almost 2 hours before they close, the dental assistant told me that if I was in pain the dentist would definitely see me, she might not be able to fix the problem tonight but they would take a look and do what they can to relieve the pain and schedule me an appointment the next day. After sitting there for about 15 minutes the receptionist told me that the dentist was busy and they couldnt help me. A good dentist would have at least taken a look and done what they could with the little time he/she had available. Not once did they mention on the phone that I might not be able to see the dentist today, they had me drive there for nothing, wasting my time and gas. I should have known they are a chain dentist, thats like going to the McDonalds of Dentistry.

I go in for a cleaning, she nicked my gums several times. Whatever. My wife and I come back to get fillings done, my wife Comes out, BLEEDING FROM THE MOUTH. I say, why is she bleeding? Dr says, "she couldnt move her tongue out of the way fast enough" are you joking? You do know what numbing of the mouth does to control of gross and fine muscle control, dont you? And... Why didnt you stop drilling? Were you trying to punish her for not moving her tongue fast enough? ON TOP OF THAT, the Dr threw out the bloody rag in the lobby trash... Um... Health code violation? Thats kind of a big one. This place is sketchy, at best, illegal at worst. I wish there was a "no star" option. The staff was fantastic. The Dr... Killed the experience. Update: went to another dentist, found out that the filing Dr Lee did, was not complete, and was not evened out on top. Basically, 0 for three.

Everyone is nice and you are treated like a priority, and nice for a last minute dentist trip. I came in with jaw pain. The dentist I had at Dr. Dental took X-rays and said she didnt see any cavities, so she said I was okay. With every dentist Ive had, they use the metal pick during the cleaning to see if there are any surface caries that the X-ray may have missed missed. However, this dentist instead only used a highly pressured water jet (I forgot the name of the tool) to clean the plaque off of my teeth. The dentist failed to diagnose me with TMJ, which was the cause of my jaw pain and something my primary care doctor had to diagnose me with since she failed to do so. He said she should have diagnosed me so I could have gotten a special prescription mouth guard, and that primary care doctors dont typically deal with that part of the body. They are okay though.
