My husband and I have been going to Dr. Desai for six or seven years and will be switching our kids to his office for their next check up! The front desk staff are ALWAYS super nice and accomodating. The hygienists are thorough, (you will leave with a fantastically clean smile), and have very welcoming personalities! I have had a couple of cavities drilled and filled by Dr. Desai and was amazed each time by the fact that I never felt the needle of novacaine. He has a very gentile technique which ultimately convinced us to switch our kids to his practice. I recently visited the new office (across the street from Highland School) and found it to be inviting, clean, comfortable, and nicely updated...the kids are going to LOVE the TVs above the exam chairs!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Desai for a number of years. His knowledge of the profession goes above and beyond the call of duty. His staff and facility is excellent. In one instance, he made time to see my daughter after hours when she complained about her front tooth after hitting the edge of a swimming pool a few days earlier. Dr. Desai immediately recommended a root canal as x-rays showed possible infection. Since it was one of the front teeth, it was important that the root canal took place right away before the tooth discolored. His office scheduled one the very next day and today, a couple years later, her tooth looks great! I would highly recommend his staff and office for anyone considering a new dentist.

Mary, Donna, and Heather provide outstanding customer service and assistance at the front desk, and always with such a welcoming greeting. I have had Sue as my dental hygienist for 20+ years and she continues to provide me with great care and attention to my dental needs. Dr. Desai has an outgoing and friendly personality and I have every confidence in the attention he pays to my dental health. This is the worst dentist I ever seen. He suggested me to have crown on an infection tooth before have root canal done. He drilled my tooth and permently damaged it. He is not the one who minimized the pain , but caused lots of pain. I went to another dentist in Wallingford then. He brag himself the top one . But acctually, he is an evil one, not caring at all. So far, after I called him several times, he still did not pay for the tooth he damaged to me . If I didnt have a little girl to be taken care of, I put him to the court already.

Excellent practice. Sue always provides a thorough cleaning and remembers everything including my dislike of the bite wings x-rays. Ive been with this practice for at least 20 years and highly recommend it. Additionally, they quickly adopt new technology and stay current with the latest recommendations.

Friendly, non judgemental, clean environment. Took my call as a new patient and scheduled me the next day. Also had an emergency from the medications I was prescribed but Dr Desai answered his phone while the office was closed and changed my prescription right then and there. Would highly recommend.
