Ive been going to Southington Dental Associates for well over 10 years. Last year they ripped me off, not once, but twice. I had a filling performed by Dr. Natelli and he stopped mid-procedure, after he drilled the hole in my tooth. He told me he would need to put in a pulp cap at additional charge of $100, which he told me my insurance would not pay. I forced to get out of the chair, walk to the reception desk and sign a statement that I agreed to the additional charges. Keep in mind I had a HOLE drilled in my tooth and was made to do this. On my next (and last visit) they overcharged my insurance for a simple cleaning and dental exam. I now have to pay $45 for what should be free preventative care. Then they waited over 3 months to send me my first bill. Now if I dont pay quickly, theyll send it to collections - after only one bill! TLDR - Beware this office will scam you. Dont trust the 5-star reviews either, the office enters you into a $50 monthly drawing in exchange for a 5-star review.

Im new to the area and I was having really bad pain as a result of a painful abscess. I did a search and found that this place had a lot of positive reviews, so I called and told them what was going on and they got me in that very same day. They were so friendly, and made me feel comfortable as possible without putting me down because I havent been going to the dentist as regularly as I should. Instead, they put in a plan to help me out and get my pain managed. They were so proficient that my wife made an appointment with them for her semi annual cleaning. She loved the friendly staff. She mentioned that she was unhappy with her smile because she has some crowding on her bottom teeth. Southington Dental talked to her about getting Invisalign and is working with her so that she can get this done. My wife and I are very pleased with the entire staff, and we are so glad that we found them. They are very accommodating and you will be very pleased with the results.

The dentist I went to for 15 years recently retired, so I decided to try Southington Dental Associates. I scheduled the first appointment for myself and subsequent appointments for my two daughters. I wanted to see how my experience was before taking my children. After my appointment, I had no reservations about taking them there. Everyone was so welcoming, and I was really impressed with how high-tech the office was. I brought my daughters in for their appointments the following week, and it could not have gone better. I greatly appreciate how comfortable everyone made them feel. Dr. Al took the time to talk and joke around with them which really put them at ease. I have no doubt that my family and I will be patients at Southington Dental Associates for years to come. I would highly recommend it for anyone elses family as well.

I have been working with this practice since 1984; and remain a regular and loyal patient / customer since Dr. Natelli took over the practice. The entire staff is professional, helpful, and very friendly, they keep the schedule open enough so that they are rarely if ever backed up or behind - have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. Theyve been doing a great job of updating equipment and technology - so its a comfortable experience, and while they are always vigilant when it comes to brushing and flossing, I never leave feeling bad about that. Regardless of what else is going on in my life, regular cleanings and check-ups always seem to happen on schedule, and the reliability and pleasant energy of the Southington Dental Associates team is a big part of that.

After not seeing a dentist for roughly 10 years, I chose Southington Dental Associates after receiving a recommendation. I dont regret that decision at all. The staff, from the receptionists to the assistants and doctors, are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They sincerely want to help you maintain your oral health within your means. Ive had cleanings, fillings, and even a wisdom tooth taken out and everything has gone smoothly. Keep in mind that is coming from someone who had not seen a dentist in nearly 10 years mostly out of anxiety! I highly recommend them to anyone, and already have to my family who have also had great experiences. Thank you for all that you do and I will see you next month for my cleaning!

I was always afraid of the dentist, until I started to go to Southington Dental !!! I feel so relaxed at Southington Dental!!! They are so friendly, professional and courteous and always are patient to ensure they are not in any pain! I had a tooth pulled, a crown, fillings and my front teeth were fixed (had chip in my front tooth)--the work was fantastic!!!! I couldnt be happier!!! I actually look forward to going to see the dentist now!!! And did I mention they let you listen to any music you want and watch TV!!! I would highly recommend Southington Dental to anyone who hates the dentist...because you will LOVE the Dentist after you go to Southington Dental !!!

I recently relocated to the area and was looking for a new dentist. Luckily, I came across this office when googling area dentists. Ive been here three times now and each experience has not only been pleasant, but actually enjoyable. The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. The office itself is clean, bright and spotless. The actual service itself....quick, easy and painless! If youre a person that has put off going to the dentist b/c of fear, this office will make you question why you thought you had anything to worry about. Id highly recommend Southington Dental Associates. Stop by and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

We have been to several dentists since moving to CT. We find Southington Dental Associates to be the best by far. The dentists, hygienists and office staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The office is always clean and kept up-to-date. My children love being able to watch T.V. or listen to music of their choice during their cleanings. My husband and I love the flexibility of their schedules and the organization of the office. We have never had to wait long for our appointments to start. They are right on time. The office is easy to get to and parking is convenient.

I have been going to Southington Dental Associates for 15 years or more. Dr. Natelli is absolutely one of the best dentists around. He has a great bedside manner, he is gentle, so knowledgeable, and really cares about you as a person. The staff in his office are also wonderful and so willing to accommodate. Sheila has been my dental hygienist for all the years I have been going to this office. She has such a fun and outgoing personality. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area looking for a new dentist!

Southington Dental Associates is the place to go! All staff are very welcoming. Flexible appointments. My dental health has improved greatly since coming here several years ago. Dr. Natelli is awesome and the dental hygienists (Thank you Alyssa) are equally great! I have received terrific care, guidance and support and always feel like I am "not just a patient".
