Doctor was very uncaring and acted like I was a burden. My primary was closed due to the holiday so I had no other choice. I told the MA I was exposed to strep, had chills and a fever the day before and just took 4 motrin prior to coming in. Since I didnt have a high fever at the office they didnt believe I had an infection and insisted I take another UTI test to see if it was still that causing issues. They were supposed to send my culture to the lab last time I was there like they said they would but they did not. I didnt have the uti which I said I didnt really think was the case. No throat culture was done and he also said I have upper respiratory. I did not say anything pertaining to a cold besides slight congestion. I came to the office because of the ongoing fever, chills and aches Ive been having and he sent me away with a bronchial cough syrup with a decongestant and told me to wait another week before I get antibiotics. Ill just be going to my actual doctor who gives a darn about the patients he sees. The office staff could be less rude to sick patients as well.

Great experience!! Even better than my family doctor that Ive been going to for years! Ive been suffering from an on and off sinus infection for almost 6 months. Everytime Ive seen my family doctor she would just tell me to take Sudafed and send me on my way. This time I had to go to urgent care because they couldnt get me in, and I actually feel like I might get some relief. The urgentcare doctor actually prescribed me a steroid pack and nasal spray, and its not even been twenty-four hours and I already feel a lot better!! She explained to me with my history of allergies that it is probably the reason why my sinus infections keep coming back because theyre not being properly treated! (Something you wouldve thought my family doctor would of already known and took into consideration) Im really glad my family doctor couldnt get me in! Also the facility was really nice and clean, all the employees were awesome and caring! They were really quick too! I was maybe there for 30 minutes!!

Worst experience I have ever had w a doctor. I saw the PA on Tuesday morning 8/30/16. She was rude, clearly didnt want to be there and was in and out in 5 minutes. She blatantly asked what medicine she wanted her to give me. Prescribed me a cough medicine that increased my heart rate, when I was in there my blood pressure was 150/95 and my heart rate was 98. And then after she told me what she was giving me told me "you can leave now". My medicine got called into the wrong pharmacy on top of everything else. If there would not have been signs all over the office saying write us a review on google I would have just never returned. But if your going to ask for reviews you should do a better job w your patience. This lady clearly doesnt like her job and does not care about her patience. People like her should not be aloud to work in health care!

Me and My husband have been there unfortunatly a few time in last few weeks due to Flu for him and Bronchitis and strep for me. I think they are great just love PA Wigger and the older male MA. They both have great personalities. We went there for the Flu with my Hubby and it was guys night there, all the workers we men and they were great. My olny issue is the wait. There always just seems to be one DR . or PA there. There really needs to be more because all three times it was at least an hour late. I know emergencies come in Im fine with that or someone needs stiches,I work in the Medical field but to have the wait everytime is not good. Over all really like everyone there and they have helped us everytime.

Was recommended by my primary Dr to go to Urgent Care to get an xrays of my hurt knee. I hurt my knee moving furniture but because I didnt have a fall or in an accident the Dr told me he could not give me an xray stating that the xray would give me further chances of getting cancer from the radiation. They charged me $50 and sent me on my way also stated by the Dr, that I took a greater chance of getting sick with the flu from to 2 patients that were there just before me. He was the laziest Dr Ive ever come across! I would NEVER recommend this Urgent Care to anyone!!! I came home, called my primary Dr he referred me to an Orthopedic Dr. They Immediately did xrays and gave me a cortisone shot. All is well.

From the minute I walked into the door they were awesome. Greeted us with a smile. Our nurse was amazing, he had the best bedside manner I have ever seen. I work in healthcare and I was just so impressed how genuine and kind the whole staff was. Doctor was really down to earth, he explained everything in detail. He answered every question that I had with patience. I hope that I do not ever have to go to Urgent Care in the future..but if I do, from the many facilities I have to choose from this office will be my only choice. Thank you for being there when my son needed you. Thanks for the followup call the next day to check on my sons recovery.

I really used to enjoy coming here. Recently, the quality of their service became very unsatisfactory. Last week I went in for foot complications and had to wait for almost an hour with only one other person waiting. After waiting I was finally sent in to be seen which I had to wait for another 15 minutes. Only to have the doctor say he couldnt see any physical complications and sent me on my way. It almost seemed as though he was trying to run out of the room. Still having complications walking. Only great thing about this "urgent care" is a friendly staff and convenience.

i am so grateful that this clinic is so nearby this is the most professional, kind, compassionate, and skilled staff that a patient could ask for my family doctor only works a few days a week so this is where I normally go for medical help and they are wonderful... the other place down the road is absolutely horrible they once told me i was having a heart attack when i had a arm sprain and scared me nearly to death... ill never go to that other place down the road ever again nor would i let my family go there... come to this place they are great

This is by far the best Urgent care Ive ever been to. I have been to a handful in the Cincinnati area in the past 4 months and I have had terrible experiences with all. Until I came here. The nurse was HILARIOUS! He made it such a great environment. The doctor I saw actually worked at the Dayton location but was still so helpful. Listened to me instead of jumping to conclusions and rushing me out the door. I definitely suggest going here. I live no where near Milford but heard/read great things. Glad I made that decision.
