Concentra here on Jimmy Carter sucks! Came in yesterday to have a ppd and respirator mask fit test done. Sat for 2 hrs was given paperwork little by little. The biggest questionnaire was given to me last minute in which i was told based on the questionnaire i needed a physical and they couldnt do it now because the doctor had left. I kept asking why i need a physical if I pretty much answered no to every question. No one could give me an answer not even the doctor. So im back today, i come in, sign in and sit down. The girl saw me sign in and sit down, she removes the clipboard I sit for over 30 minutes and just check to see have I been signed in, they cant even find the paper I signed in on. Im finally checked in and sit down then called back up and told I will have to fill out all of the paperwork i filled out the day before because they shredded it and im also told they may not be able to do anything for me because its after 5, but I been there waiting for over 30 minutes. I call my recruiter at the agency because im abtravel nurse and she called up here. So i fill out the same questionnaire, has now gotten my ppd, seen the doctor and waiting for my mask fit test. It seems as if the doctor is trying to find something wrong with me. Hes asking over and over again do i have any medical problems, thyroid problems, pregnant, hernia. Are you sure you dont have a thyroid problem, i say yes im positive. He asks when the last time it was checked, i say not even over 6 months ago. He say ok. Feel my throat. Listen to my heart. And leave the room. They better not have been a physical! Because that has to come out my check!. They are so unprofessional, they front desk person bought in a 2 juices and water, they never said it was for me but i grabbed it because it is much needed. The front desk whispering or trying to talking about people being mad and coming for them and the medical assistant or nurse has all of her tattoos showing, in the medical field that is unprofessional and is not suppose to happen. I can see if it was maybe one but the on her neck and her entire right arm is covered in tattoos. Now im sitting here 2 hrs later and no one has told me yet WHY I NEED A PHYSICAL!!

I was referred to the Norcross Concentra by my Travelers insurance claims handler. I called beforehand and was told an appointment was not necessary so I walked in this afternoon. I travel for work M-F and I am usually not in town, so I needed to get this done today as I travel again next week. I began filling out all of the paperwork and provided/emailed my claim info, travelers insurance card, employer info, multiple supervisors info, etc. It took your front desk staff over an hour to call me up and ask me to fill out 3 additional forms they "forgot" to attach. After completing them they asked me to sign two additional forms that "can only print at the end". As I was completing these forms I pointed out that the employer they had listed was not my own and that there were several typos in my address which may cause problems later on. The lady asked me to have a seat while she talked to her supervisor (you I assume). I said "Its Friday after 4pm, if you all cant figure out my employer info or get in contact with the right people I will go elsewhere." She said they were working on it. I stepped out to call my claims handler and she said to just go elsewhere. When I walked back in to get my belongings the front desk lady said were ready to do your vitals and have it figured out so I proceed to the back. I then get out in room 9 where 4 different people walk in and say "who are you? Wheres your paperwork?". Finally the doctor comes back and asks for a couple X-rays. The extremely nice X-ray tech walks me to the X-ray room and begins. He gets a page halfway through and is literally told to stop because they need approval from my company. I get my stuff angrily and walk back out front because I SPECIFICALLY stated that if hey couldnt figure out the paper work I would not waste anymore time. I get out front and Sherry says that the X-ray tech walked out front and told them I wanted to stop (which I know he didnt). To sum it all up your front desk staff is very unprofessional and rude. There was also one with a short haircut and glasses whos undergarments were completely exposed when she bent over to grab paperwork.

I walked in today to get my DOT physical recertification and I ran into one of your employees who was extremely rude I felt discriminated I felt belittled and she was not helpful at all didnt give me any other information.... stated there was A2 hour wait without even checking, she seemed extremely irritated to help a customer. Wouldnt redirect me to another location, a fellow employee had to direct me to the Lawrenceville Suwanee location. I am here now to try to get my physical done. But that was truly the worst experience Ive had at a Concentra, her name is Kane trial K..... I called the Jimmy Carter location and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Julie she was very nice and said she would take care of this but I cannot believe that there have been OTHER complaints about this SAME employee and she is still taking care of clients as she wishes.... I did not think this was the way Concentra worked.

I dont know why "Jessica Outlaw" down there is talking about the nurses ?the problem is the whole front staff theyre rude, loud and irritated all the time. The whole team back there is great and Nurse Emily is the one with the tattoos, shes the sweetest thing and always makes sure Im comfortable, I went in for a TB shot and a drug screen and she greeted me with smiles and she was the only one back there making sure I was okay I left concentra with a smile and I even got copys to take to my employer of my drug screen. Its 2017 tattoos shouldnt even be an issue when the service from that staff member is amazing. Dont start picking things to complain about because your experience alone was trash. Nurse Emily was great

The staff is very kind but there is absolutely nothing "urgent" about the clinic. Ive been coming here due to a work related injury as it was the only location that was available to me as an option via my employer. The wait is always at least an hour and they have recently started handing out snacks in order to appease customers. My appointment was at 1pm today, its four minutes till two and Ive been sitting in an exam room for 50min. Imagine what would happen if they employed an adequate number of doctors and nurses to see patients instead of understaffing in order to turn a profit.

Dont go here. The doctor I saw told me he had never heard that cranberry juice is good for your kidneys and for relieving the symptoms of a UTI. Also, took my daughter here once. She had been complaining of an earache. The doctor told me nothing was wrong with her. She continued to scream and tug on her ears. I took her to a different doctor who told me her tubes had come out and were lodged in her ear canal. We were sent to an ENT who had them removed, but I wasted $65 there to be told nothing was wrong when obviously something was.
