I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Judith. I came in and like others, saw the terrible wait time on the kiosk, I was 4th in line with a wait time of approximately 1hr 30min. I will admit that this immediately set an ugly undertone to the opening act, the kiosk looked pretty rough to boot so my apprehension level was already at 80%. I walked around for a few minutes seeing nobody in line, and did note that there is apparently an online option to hold your place in line... (take advantage and read into what Im saying here, but it does not work if they are already booked up through end of day). So I figured I was in for a grueling wait, I left and went to the mall, since its literally next-door. I was gone for just short of an hour and when I got back, Dr. Judith saw me immediately, as nobody else had returned or been in-line when the previous patient left. She was extremely polite and professional, my apprehension evaporated pretty quick. We had a visit-long conversation about our kids and life and she left a truly wonderful impression on me. I watched everything she did, from notes about my care to her sanitary technique, and she was careful not to pinch me with the blood pressure cuff or jab me for blood like carving a turkey. Plus, her hands were warm and not fresh out of an icebox (which matters to some people, infants especially). Id go back anytime, I dont have a primary care and I dont make many trips to the doctor... so if I hold my place in line next visit, this is perfect for me and mine. The only reason not 5 star is because of the kiosk and seating, its not favorable, sitting in your car is much better.

Initially I was sent here because my Primary Physician did not have the vaccine I needed and directed me to a Minute Clinic. At first I was very skeptical about coming here seeing that it was in a retail CVS store. Im a physical therapist who practices nearby so I know a few things about Healthcare and I must say I was very impressed with my experience. Although I walked-in, the check in process was much faster than a doctors office and they really spent the time to talk and educate me on what they were doing. I immediately received a copy of my records and the bill stated clearly what was owed so there were no surprises. I was so impressed, that when I had a sore throat, I didnt even call my Primary Physician and went directly here. Both nurse Practitioners were very professional and now I tell most of my friends to just go to Minute clinic whenever they feel sick rather than wait to see their physician.

We signed in, and the kiosk said there was an expected wait of 2 1/2 hours, but they would text us 30 minutes before they were ready. We left and never got a text , so we went back at the 2 1/2 hour mark to find that we were no longer on the waiting list. The nurse told us that everyone on her list had either been seen or had been texted twice - once by their system, once by her personally - and hadnt returned within 30 minutes. I never got a text, which she said must be due to "my carrier" (Verizon, for the record). She stood there and lied to my face, and said we would have to re-register and wait another two hours to be seen. Rather than apologize or even acknowledge their system failure, the nurse very rudely and dishonestly attempted to shift the blame.

They should not advertise that they are opened until 7:30 if they actually close at 7. I only decided to take my son there because its close by but this is the 2nd time someone in my family was turned away because the nurse practitioners dont seem to actually care about ppl.. Or cant handle staying at work until 7:30pm. The last time my husband was turned away before 7pm. CVS should definitely change their advertised hours for the minute clinic.

Awesome experience! Arrived at 4:45 on a Saturday when they were closing at 5:30. The computer kiosk told me they were not accepting any new patients for the day. The Dr. on staff told me that she would see me anyway. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and my prescriptions for treating a sinus infection were filled less than 5 minutes later.

Cant speak to anyone till your appointment time to see if they take your insurance. Tried to call ahead or reserve online but it just said "clinic closed". I get here at 830 and am 5th in line with over an hour wait to be seen and see if they take my insurance. Go elsewhere!!!

The posted lunch hours were not used. I was there at 3pm. 3rd in line left after waiting 30 minutes with no movement. I left. Looks like practitioner took lunch late, no notice. Got a notice on phone at 5:20 pm that they would see me. Right!

The nurses are extremely helpful and down to earth about treatment options. They even showed me how to read my health department paperwork and the forms they gave me when I visited. I will definitely go back to this clinic for future needs.

I went for vaccines, waited for 1h20min even though I had made an appointment, and when finally go in, they dont have the vaccine I needed. This place sucks, if you can go somewhere else, do!
