This place is miserable. I moved to Georgia and the school requires a health screening and approval of the vaccines my kids have. I went in at 11AM they tried to send me away due to a staff meeting but did take me, but sent away several parents after. They didnt approve the forms from my health care provider & only did part of the screening but I still needed the vaccines approved. A week later with calls to them & my provider I went back in. It was 4:10PM they told me I have to come back between 8:30-2 even though the hours for business are 8-5, I explained working parent typically works those hours. A supervisor came around after I became upset. Finally I called my provider on speaker & they faxed the forms right then. "Magically" the forms arrived. They told me they would have to enter the forms into the system the next day to verify if my kids have the right immunizations and for me to call them in the morning. I still have no form but I got a call saying it was done and can pick up. This shouldnt be so difficult. Also, it costs you $31 per child to be put through this.

My daughter had a scheduled appointment today at 1:30p. We called to confirm this appointment yesterday and again this morning. We were advised that the appointment was indeed at 1:30p today. We get there at 1:14p and was told that ALL NURSES had gone to a mandatory pop-up meeting and that we would need to come back on Monday. My daughter is in college, she is very picky about doctors and nurses. I drove 4 hours to pick her up from school last night after I got off of work to make sure she could be at this appointment today. I am very angry that I wasted gas and time for a scheduled appointment that didnt happen! I am extremely pissed off right now about this. This is such an inconvenience! Can I get my gas money back? Ugh!

The most unorganized place to go to. They do first come first serve and they dont tell you that from the get go. They give you a number and they be skipping numbers all day. Only about 30 ppl here and weve been waiting for over 3 hours. Others have been here since 8:15am. These people cant multitask for nothing. They call you 3 times and have you running to different windows. People ask what number theyre up to and every time they say "Im not sure", "I think 420 or 440". At 11am they were denying people telling them they had already cut off for the day. Unacceptable for a county office.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I chose this wic office. They are extremely unprofessional. I work in social services and therefore know the way clients should be treated. The entire front office staff needs to be trained! The woman who I was initially speaking with rudely turned her back on me and took a PERSONAL call right in the middle of my question to her. I stepped over to the next window to proceed with my question and was met with more attitude. I definitely will not be back!!

Absolutely no sense of urgency or consideration for peoples time!!!The main issue is lack of accountability, organization and passion for your job.Came at 8:40, it is now 11:09am and we are still waiting despite the fact that there were only 3 people ahead of us. When we asked about the hold-up they stated it takes a long time to update demographics in the system?...Really????

I would give them lower rate than 1 star but they dont have it. They are the worst people to work with specially the guy who make the appointment. He does not not know how to talk to people and plus he was yelling at me and told me that I dont know how to speak English. This is the first time that it happened. I wont recommend anyone to go to there.

I was here a long time with my newborn and the lady at the window went beyond to show concern for my needs. She expedited his formula vouchers and the lady in the back was really nice as well I went to counter 1 and 5 in the back Idk how many people work here but I came on a good day it was Monday the 3rd.

Get there early and expect to wait. If you need shots for your child and dont want to pay inflated prices, give them a visit. Be nice, smile and take a book to read, youll be fine. Just remember, they are government employees and they deal with a lot of personalities. Be the one that brightens their day.

If I could give it no stars I would. They are rude and have turned me away twice. Unfortunately I just moved to the state and must have my sons records transfered or I would not come back. They say it is due to back to school rush. Well you know it is going to be like this have extra help.

We have been here over 2.5 hours for physicals - my children have not been checked in yet! The professionalism of the staff is non existent. The front office staff is very rude. I work in the health care field and this place is a joke! I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone!
