This place is not what the they talk it up to be, dont send your love one there if you want them to be taken care of properly, this place is a death trap for not only the residents but for the employees too.The DON Mr Garcia doesnt offer his staff bio hazard bags, he states the facility doesnt require them for the workers to dispose of any bio hazardous waste, also they do not caution their workers of the residents with infectious issues, they just recently started posting signs on residents doors to see a nurse before entering a residents room if precautions where to be taken, Infection Control isnt practiced at all at this facility, the CNAs dont wash their hands before working with another resident, they take off their gloves apply sanitizer and proceed to another residents room, They dont separate the infectious laundry from the regular laundry which is a bio hazardous to the other residents and employees at this facility, and when and employee says something to administration their kicked out the door, so if you want your loved one to live their last days in peace dont send them there, just a word of advice.from a former employee.

This place is the definition of EVIL! The employees, primarily the Directors, Administrators, and LPNs are extremely unprofessional with other staff members as well as the patients that they house. There were several days where they did not have clean towels. Patients were being cleaned with bed sheets. There are humongous roaches in the facility. There were rumors circulating of inappropriate sexual activities occurring between employees. There were abrupt changes made to the employees schedules without notice. Supplies were scarce. I know there werent wipes, towels, wash clothes, etc DAILY. Employees were forced to use bedding soiled with bowels on other patients WITHOUT being properly sanitized. The ratio of CNAs to patients during the day shifts is 16:1. The Pest Control recently canceled their contract with this nursing home due to nonpayment. Employees were also expected to work off the clock. I wish I could rate this filthy facility ZERO stars out of 5. Do NOT attempt to work their nor put a loved one through the horrors of this place!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This has to be the worst nursing home in all of Georgia. Just recently it was on the news when a worker brutally beat a elderly patient. Before that the facility had already changed its name from Heritage Healthcare so people searching for a nursing home wouldnt see all of the horrible reviews. This facility is constantly doing just enough to be legal, so they claim. They staff so low that if a patient presses the call button it takes over an hour for anyone to respond, and when they do respond half the time they dont help or cant help. This place hires anyone that walks in the door, and then wonder why they get reviews like this. Please dont put your family in this place it is terrible!!!!!! Look past the nice landscaping and new paint. If you really want to see what this place is like stop in at 10:00 and see how many people are working. Also, look and see when the last time this place was inspected.

I was a employee at this facility and walked out terminating myself from my position. It was the worst place ever!. Under Paid over worked staff. Dirty Filthy environment, CNAs are stealing from patients. This nursing home smells of feces and urine. Patients are neglected. If you care anything for your love ones, PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Safety overlooked, lack of security. This place has mental patients that are not properly looked after. I walked into a patient room and he started masterbating right in front of me. I was terrified. Also the place is infested with giant spiders. Feces soiled linen sits for hours in the patient spa/shower area. Simply a horror story.
