Very friendly environment. Communication with the staff was easy. Walked in with 2 little boys and expected to get the side eye. Nope Jennifer went into action asked my son what movie hed like to watch and explained the paperwork to me. My little one was asleep so they walked over and picked up the paperwork and also allowed me to sign the other docs while seated with my son. It was time to go back and my little one was still asleep. Once again to my surprise Jennifer was walking towards me with a blanket and small pillow my my son. She said as long as they sat down they would allow them to watch the movie while I get my exam. Everyone was compassionate and professional. I am looking forward to going back and getting my treatment done. Only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because 1) havent had any work done yet at this location. 2) they do not allow you to make payments which might cause ppl to delay their recommended dental work. Due to lack of options.

I really dislike going to the dentist, just like anyone else, but the team at Upland Dental Group made the experience a lot better and less nerve racking. I was having odd teeth sensations so I called Upland Dental Group and they were able to squeeze me in a few days later. The front desk staff were very pleasing to deal with and very helpful. Waiting room time took as long as I did to fill out paper work. Turned out I needed a deep cleaning. I was somewhat nervous about this but Dr. Nigoghosian reassured me it would not be as bad as I thought. The hygienist did a good job numbing me out so the procedure went well. She was really gentle and attentive. I have the second part of my deep cleaning in a few weeks and Im not as nervous as I was before to go back. Probably the best experience you can get out of going to the dentist. This is definitely gonna be my regular dentist. Thanks Dr. Nigoghosian. Dont forget to floss people!!

I am so glad I found Upland Dental Group and Implant Center I dont want to bore you with too many details but Dr Johnny Nigoghosianan and his team are friendly, honest, and provide quality service for each and every patient. Dr Johnny takes the time to explain each and every step of the procedure and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. With comforting energy and a gentle touch, my procedure felt minutes long. Its too bad I cant leave more than five stars because Upland Dental Group and Implant Center deserves more!!

I have been visiting this office for a root canal, and I have had a good experience. All of the staff are friendly and they try to get to know you and recognize you as more than just another patient. I have seen them interact with other patients this way as well. Perhaps what has impressed me the most is that they make an effort to openly explain what they are doing and teach you which I greatly appreciate. Maybe there is hope that I can one day make peace with my arch-enemy the dentist :).

Dr. Johnny has been very helpful and supportive through my implant process. Ive never liked anything dental related but being a patient of Dr. Johnny has really changed my mind. He always explains my situation thoroughly. Tells me what I need to know and is patient with my "what if" scenarios. I love him like family and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Johnny Nigoghosian treated me yesterday for a toothache. I must admit i was surprised at how painless my shot and root canal were. I get very anxious at the dentist, but he talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel very at ease. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him for their dental needs.

Phenomenal staff that has beautiful smiles glazing over you when you walk in. You can tell they really care about their professions. They value their customers and perform cleanings, implants, fillings, at high standards! I have been a patient for 5 years and counting. I would highly recommend this dental facility!
