Please do yourself a favor, if you have ever fretted about going to the dentist or apprehensive about what to expect or had a not so pleasant experience? Visit Dr. Robertson and Staff for a wonderful pleasant caring experience. My recent visit to Dr Robertsons office consisted of a visit to my regular dental hygienist Rhonda who provided a wonderful cleaning experience. She is very detailed and experienced and a wonderful conversationalist. Then it was off to see Dr. Robertson for a filling with Mckenzie and Jolinda providing their marvelous assistance. They are always smiling and happy to guide you along experience. As Dr. Robertson starts the procedure, he always greets you in a wonderful way, explains what the procedure will entail, and before each step begins, give you a heads up of what you will experience. Dr. Robertson has phenomenally steady hands and administers the best techniques for a pain free customer experience. All along the way, Dr. Robertson checks with you constantly to ensure everything is ok which is a great relief in itself. My previous dentists never did that and in all honestly just said Open Up and say Ahhhhhh, and then proceeded to start working away pounding and drilling away, never asking how you are, as you hang on for the ride of your life Before I could even realize that I had a couple brief conversations with Dr. Robertson, in a flash Dr. Robertson was finished with my filling work, and I was headed on my way home. I have been going to Dr. Robertson and Staff for many years and so thankful I found them. Their entire staff is always cheerful and happy always greeting you and assisting you along the way. A big shout out to Carol who normally greets you first as you arrive and Theresa right next to Carol who both provide a wonder customer experience. I continue to pass the word to everyone regarding Dr. Robertson and Staff as they continually go above and beyond and are the best around!!! I have been an independent Medical/Dental Practice Management Consultant for 15 years. In the past year, I have been looking for just the "right" dentist. To me, its not just about the person, its about the philosophy of the practice, the length of service from the staff and the care you receive while in the chair as well as out of the chair. I feel that I have found that office. Dr. Robertson is kind, gentle, unassuming and truly a professional that doesnt command to be respected, but IS respected because of the person he is and the care he gives. You can see that respect and support from his office staff as well as his patients. Whether calling to schedule an appointment or asking about insurance benefits, I was very pleased to see that the attention to detail and communication is what makes this office run well. I look for the little things because its what Im trained to do. I do expect excellent care and exceptional service and it was demonstrated and given, not only to me, but my entire family as well. Ive consulted many dental practices in Southern California and I havent walked into an office, initially, that exhibits all these traits all the time. Our family has found our dental "home" and we could not be happier. Thank you, Dr. Robertson, for being the person you are and offering an environment filled with wonderful people that make the dental experience one that is positive and comfortable.

I called a few places to see if anyone could help me with a chip on two of my front teeth from an accident the day before, and no one was reasonable in terms of price or what they expected to do. I just recently moved to Irvine and my Dentist moved to San Diego, so I almost decided to take a road trip. Then I came across Dr. Robertsons office on google and the second someone answered the phone, I knew this was a great and friendly place. Because of the service I was getting, I expected it to be pricey, or fair (best case scenario). After talking to Dr. Robertsons assistant, I was relieved that they fixed my teeth for free. I mean, the whole thing lasted 2-5 minutes and shouldnt be expensive, but they took care of me for one reason; they cared. My chip was cutting my toungue throughout the day, so I was at the mercy of the medical field. I had just finished paying off all my bills, so I was in no position to pay for a quick fix at the price of an expensive repair. This of course was a great relief, and I thank Dr. Robertson and his staff for probably being the first medical office where I actually felt like I was cared for and treated with respect. That is hands down the best medicine around.

How I found Dr. Jeffrey C. Robertson’s office…I Google and chose the 1st one on that list. Simply. Amazing. I use to work in the dental field so I expected a lot, from the time I walked in to the time I walk out. . Carol has such a great demeanor and vibe to her. She makes her patient feel so welcome! I felt like I was taken care of since the day I called to make an appointment. Rhonda, the Hygienist, is the best!! She and I had a great 2 hour conversation and I enjoyed listening to her past dental experience! She definitely made my day and I am looking forward to speaking with her on my next visit. Dr. Jeffery Robertson came in and informed me the different options about his concerns after reviewing my teeth and x-rays. He was thorough and efficient and was very detail; he made sure that I understood everything.  I never write reviews, but this was one experience I had to share with every single one of you guys. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

One word for the office staff - Ohana (Family). Very clean n sleek. This was my 1st experience with this office. Highly impressed. This is Irvines secret Dental Facility. I have lived in Irvine for more than 20 plus years - I have gone to Yogurtland, Liquor store for Lottery, Morthwood Pizza n Ballet School but never have noticed this office. I am sharing this Facility to family n friends. Please notice this office n use it. U will have a Very Good experience. Carol set my Appt n was very Sweet. Front office girls - Candy n another sweet woman- sorry I didnt write your name down but she was instrumental in getting Insurance info n once I sign up for PPO this will be my office. Staff is incredible. Tara did my X-rays n very sweet disposition. DDS Robertson - what a Wonderful Dentist. Introduces himself n he engages good eye contact with you with a firm handshake. Very impressive. 5 Plus Stars ✨ for me. Try this place n you will ❤️ It.

It is very difficult to find a dentists office that meets all the needs and important qualities that a patient requires. This office exceeds in all areas. Dr. Robertson is one of a kind. Explains everything in a way you actually understand. Always tries to find options that work best for you and your financial needsas well. Best of all its ALWAYS pain free. Every single person there on staff is genuinely friendly, kind, professional and always strives to meet the individual needs of each patient. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to do all that it takes to make sure you receive the best quality care for your treatment needed. The dental hygienists are both amazing. Ive had Stacy on a more regular basis and she is awesome! Never had a painful cleaning with her. I wont even begin describe cleaning experiences in other offices that left me traumatized. Highly recommend this exceptional dental office to anyone in a heartbeat.
