This review is for the Insurance plan, not the dental office. Called t them to ask for refund of premium, the lady I talked to after waiting on hold, hung up on me as I was saying that my plan has been cancelled two months ago and that they need to refund the premium I paid last month. This is the second time I spoke to them about this and the first time, the lady was just not willing to help and had an "I dont care" attitude. Very poor customer service.

The worst customer service. Attitude problem, lack of knowledge and does not respond to requests at all!!! Called several times to request for a lists of dentists in the area and NO RESPOND even if they promised to send it. I hope the management reads this and take it seriously!

Did lots of research and selected one of the in network dentists on their list, only to be told by the dentist and staff that this HMO is more of a "discount" than an insurance provider. What am I even paying for if fillings and cleaning costs $1,000?
