I had a really great experience here. I am not sure why people complain about the "wait" at urgent cares, you kind of have to expect that. The cool thing is that if you check online or call ahead, you can get an estimated wait time! Dr. Kendrick was really helpful and just seemed to truly care. I will be going no where else! If you want people who actually care about you, go here!

I have never had a bad experience here. They are friendly and thorough. You may have quite a wait at times. I learned it goes smoother if you call and ask for a estimated wait time. I have not tried their Save my spot option yet but it sounds nice. I would have given them 5 stars but they are located across from the frozen food section. It can be uncomfortably cool in the winter.

Go see a real doctor! The nurse practitioner had absolutely zero personality. One week later, not feeling any better and my throat is still killing me. Never checked me at the time for strep. Called in to the clinic and they want to charge me another $89, the cost for another office visit to be seen for the same thing again??? What a joke!!

Waited 2 hours to get in and we even called ahead of time. Heather didnt prescribe us anything and made us pay an extra $20 on top of the $89 that we already payed. We think they scammed us... I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE LITTLE CLINIC.

Awesome experience. Went in with chronic gout pain and the doctor helped me with not only the pain, but also prevention. She really took the time to make sure I was taken care of and treated as a person, not another random shopper.
