This place is the most mismanaged doctors office I have ever experienced. When trying to schedule a procedure, I never received a call back. After two weeks I called back to find out the status. Know one remembered taking my call. I decided to proceed with the procedure. After a month symptoms did not improve. I called to talk with the doctor. Recorded message said a nurse would get back to me within 24 hours. No one called. 5 days later I called the Endoscopy Center next to AGs office. Told them the situation and someone would get back to me. A nurse from the Endo. Center called me a few hours later. No one from Associates of Gastroenterology has called. Not even Dr. Kavanaugh. He was the one who did not do the procedure correctly. No one from his office has contacted me about making it right. They do not care about the health of their patients, just pay your deductible. Avoid this place like the plague. VERY BAD!!!!!!

Associates in Gastroenterology provided the worst service experience that weve received from a medical provider. Last week, they called my wife letting her know that they had urgent results to provide to my wife from an earlier test, so they were able to fit her in the week later. My wife was out of town and had to drive 6 hours to make it to the appointment. She arrived within the 10 minute grace period for checking in but there was no receptionist to check her in. 20 minutes later the receptionist showed up and let her know that my wife was late and would have to reschedule her appointment from that day on March 7 until JUNE. The lack of professionalism, courtesy and timeliness from the staff is extremely disappointing and ruined my wifes day even though she arrived on time to her appointment.

This place is a joke... Dr. Baker bragged about how you have to make an appointment 3 months out to see him at my colonoscopy, so I see Julie Cotton who stares at me with question marks floating above her head. I cant get ahold of ANYONE!!! They havent a clue what is wrong with me but hey lets just keep throwing antibiotics at her because they kinda work... looking for a new GI today because I AM MISERABLE and need someone who gives a crap when I walk out the door, instead of wasting my time by returning every few months with nothing new!! WAY TO CARE!!!

I went to the clinic for a potential galbladder issue. I didnt wait too long, I saw the doctor pretty quickly, and he was was attentive during the visit. He also went over my test results with me and explained what he thought was going on. Im not rating this very high because my referral hasnt been sent yet and the medial assistants have not returned two of my calls. Seems to be more of an "assembly line" practice.

I just returned home from a endoscopy procedure, and cannot say enough good things about each staff member, from the front desk (Mary), all the nurses that prepped me and briefed me, and Dr Garza and the anesthesiologist. What a pleasant experience, especially when it is not something anyone looks forward to. Thanks to all of you for sharing your many skills and talents with me! Dick

I have had a nightmare of problems with upper GI. Massive pain. True suffering. This office has been wonderful. I was called by the Dr personally to ensure I was doing ok and didnt need to return to the ER. Dr Kavanaugh was attentive and went the extra mile. So did Billy Jo. Cant say enough good things about these people. Thank you. I was at the end of my rope.

Has a colonoscopy at the Endoscopy Center. Nurses were great and so was Dr. Baker. They all have such a great bedside manner which made a nervous patient like me feel better. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a gastroenterology doctor or for any kind of endoscopic procedure. Way better than the other place Peak Vista referred me to before I changed PCP.

Dr. Kavanaugh is the best! He has always responded to my questions within 24 hours using the patient portal. He has been very willing to try alternative treatments I wanted to explore. He is very knowledgable. I do not feel like "a number" in this office. I have tried 3 different gastros in the Springs and this place is the best!

The doctors seem pretty good. The office however, is run horribly, if you need anything done as far as paperwork, insurance, etc you better give them a month. They are terrible at returning calls, filling out paperwork in a timely manner. One instance almost costed me my job, and another costed me several hundred dollars.

Go somewhere else if you can. Got a text message giving me the address and when I got to said address, the receptionist told me my appointment was at another location and I would have to reschedule for a date 2 and half months later. I took off work for this appointment.

I have never had a better experience with staff and doctor. Doctor Baker saved my life. He and his staff truly cared and are kind, Friendly and on point. Clean environment, and hard-working staff. I would very highly recommend this office and Doctor Baker.
