POOR.... Most unprofessional doctor I have ever dealt with. I am a self-pay and they gladly took my $150 for my initial visit in April 2013 and when I went to have my RX filled which is a maintenance medication for ADHD and they did not write it out correctly, I had to go back to the office have them re-write the RX which was not going to be done until the following day because the doctor had left for the day. This was before noon. My second appointment was in May, no worries, so I thought, they had provide a urine sample and I left with my RX. I went to my June appointment and saw physician assistant, she said the doctor was not in and she had to write the RX, and asked if I could come back and pick it up, they would call me. 6 days later I never received a call, so I called them. I was told they could not write the RX because my urinalysis came back positive. WTF? That was back in May and they are just telling me now. Oxycodone, Methadone and Marijuana ---- seriously, I called them back several times trying to speak with the doctor, and I was told that she would call me back, and that I could come in and retest. When I question as to why I was not told about the positive urinalysis prior to my June appt. I was told that it sometimes takes a while to get the results back and that they had just received them. I told them there was no way anything other than the Oxycodone should have come back, because I was in a car accident in Jan and they were aware that I was taking pain meds and they even wrote out a RX for a muscle relaxer in May. Over a week went by and the doctor still never returned my calls, until I called and requested a copy of my records, the name of the company they used for the testing and I wanted proof of their chain of custody, because I remember just handing the nurse a unmarked & unsealed urine sample. The doctor then told me that they never charged me for the urinalysis and that they had done a preliminary screening in the office and someone had placed the results in the file from May. So basically I was completely lied to by the staff. They are totally unprofessional and I am filing a complaint with the Texas Medical Board against them and with the BBB. BE WARNED.

I Changed primary care to Dr. Hernandez and Im so glad I did. I have fibromyalgia and diabetes and high blood pressure, Dr. Hernandez introduced me to biote- pellets. I got them the first of June and since then I have had more energy and less pain ..lost 12lbs in 1 month so glad I got them. I see the difference in my life so full of energy. Highly recommend this to anyone that is having these problems.. It also help me balance my night sweats and moodiness . My WHOLE life has change .. Dr. Hernandez has changed my life for the better she is a great Doctor.. Thank you Dr. Hernandez for helping me change my life :)

It has been approx. 1 month since I had Bio-Te . I am very pleased with the results, I have noticed an increase in my energy level and I can now remember what I went in to a room for I cant wait to have second treatment in the next few months. I have also had a few of the cosmetic treatments again which I am very pleased with as a 25 ++ year old female it is very nice to get compliments form family and friends. I have had it with this incompetent practice. Dr. Hernandezs staff has no sympathy for patients and their time. This staff sent me to the wrong lab, had me go to another lab the 2nd time on a Saturday which was closed and didnt even fax over my orders for the labwork. Needless to say, Im going to call them Monday morning and practically lose my religion when it comes to filing a complaint with the office manager! Im finding another doctor!

I cant believe she garnered a 3.2 out of 5 stars. In a hurry, never asked if I had any questions. Acted as though I was a disturbance rather than a patient. Left the room and didnt come back. Good Lord, I had a couple of questions to ask. Horrible patient care. If you want to waste a ton of time and not get any actual care. go here. The front desk folks are wonderful. Too bad they are attached to this practice.

Very rude receptionist and appoitments available with almost 2 months waiting period. did not receive enough information of my options and receptionist was rushing call . if she dont like her job she should find place for a better fit. Not sufficient customer services skills.

They have always been very patient and kind to me through thick and thin. Very considerate when need to change appointments or run out of meds. The nurses and front desk staff are fantastic.
