We were referred to this office by our family practice to get some answers about some gi troubles our daughter was having. We were able to get into Dr. Khatib in a few weeks (which is a short wait time for a GI specialist right now). The entire office staff was so wonderful. The nurse was so friendly and sweet as she spoke with my daughter just as much as she did with me. Dr. Khatib was equally friendly and joked around with my daughter and made her so comfortable to be there. He was great at explaining exactly what he saw and what he wanted to test for, how those tests would go, and why. He spent plenty of time with us and was so kind when my daughter was nervous about needing to get some blood drawn. He was patient and gave her time to calm down as well as getting some lidocaine cream for her so it wouldnt hurt so bad. The phlebotomist was equally patient and encouraging with my daughter though the process was taking more time than it should. Waiting list times are long and I hope they can bring some more physicians on staff to help with that soon but even with that issue, I have no complaints. Stellar experience all around.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Brigman for many years, and has always received outstanding care. Dr. Brigman and her entire nursing team are kind, patient, and very thorough. They return my calls promptly, answer all of my questions, and coordinate appointments and blood work so that I never have to worry about follow-up visits. Having a child with a chronic GI disease can be stressful at times. However, I know that my daughter is receiving the best care possible, and that Dr. Brigman, Charlotte, Sylvia and Chrystal are available to help us when my daughter struggles with a flare. I highly recommend Dr. Brigman!

My child started seeing Dr. Khatib and as soon as I went in I loved the staff. Usually u run into one thats having a bad day but no I still have yet to seen it. They are all very professional and friendly! Ive came across different nurses at each apt and their all great! This is the only doctors office that Ive gone too and the staff is just perfect! Dr. Khatib is awesome as well. He explains everything to me very thorally and make sure if I have any questions he gets me the answers we need. He is friendly but professional at the same time. Id recommend him. Thanks for all yall do for my daughter.

Our family doctor referred us to Dr. Brigman and we couldnt be happier. Our daughter has been having GI issues and Dr. Brigman immediately went to work, ordering all the pertinent procedures to get to the bottom of the issue. We love that she listens carefully to all our concerns and answers all our questions thoroughly. As concerned parents its a wonderful feeling knowing you have a physician on your side that is extremely competent and most importantly, one that cares and makes your child feel comfortable.

Dr. Kup is fabulous with kids! From the moment he walked into the room, he treated my son like he was the main event. Many times doctors ignore the child and talk only the parent. I was truly blown away at how great he related to my son and made him feel completely comfortable. He explained things to him on his 7 year old level and asked questions about his life, not just the medical stuff. We were completely happy with Dr. Kup and would highly recommend him to anyone.
