If I could give them no star I would; My husband went there because they advertised for family dentistry and we were hoping to have a place our daughter can go also. Worst experience ever. My Husband broke his tooth and went in they told him it would be a month before they could get him in because my insurance required a preauthorization. So a month later I call back to check on the status. The woman says they were supposed to get the authorization back last week but they never got it. Then 30 minutes later she calls me back to tell me THEY NEVER SENT IT and it would be another month...for a broken tooth. I went to another dentist only to find out that my insurance DOESNT require a pre-authorizataion and they offered to have the tooth fixed the next day!!!! Dont waste your time here; go to Greeley Modern Denistry instead!!

Yes this business is designed to cater to kids and in fact my kids were excited to be going back to the dentist. However their policy of not allowing parents to be with their kids is a problem for me. Its not that we need to hold our kids hands rather its the principle of it all. Just like the library asking the kids if the parents can view their account to see what books might be overdue?!?!?! Whats up with that??? More importantly, I felt that the recommended procedures were excessive and this was confirmed to me by outside dental assistant and my personal adult dentist. So dont just blindly accept what they tell you or recommend. I personally feel the environment theyve created there is like a machine rather than having that personal touch feeling.

Horrible!!! They said my daughter needed to be put under for at least 8 crowns. I took her somewhere else for a second opinion and she has small cavities that were taken care of easily.

HORRIBLE ! I went in 4 times because of tooth pain after getting a filling done. I was flossing one and the filling actually broke. Dont waster your time or money coming here .

My son has gone here twice now and both times they were amazing with him. He sat there and did what they said and they kept making him laugh. Both times was a great experience.

If you get any major work done they should tell you ahead of time that they dont give you any pain medication THEY WILL NOT !!!! You will be stuck with the Pain!!
