I am a Reservist in the military and came to VICTORY Dental because I had previously gone to Aspen Dental for my annual check ups etc. I had just come off Active Duty orders and was told I had 2 cavities that needed fixing. I was warmly welcomed by April at the front desk and was brought back by Beth a Dental Assistant with advanced training. She was also very welcoming, was also very lively and comedic. She took my x-rays and was training a student. She was efficient, but also took time to explain things so that the student would understand. When I met Dr. Koplow he was very friendly and personable. He was also very good at explaining the reasoning for things and even pointed out other issues with my teeth, that they were able to take care of that day. He also saved me money because I ended up only having one cavity, not two. Dr. Koplow also took time to help train the student and was very patient with her. I felt like I was in good hands with all of the staff at Victory Dental Group and really enjoyed the visit with their light hearted jokes and friendly atmosphere. April at the front desk was also very timely in helping me the following day with paperwork I needed signed by Dr Koplow to submit to my unit. And Beth was able to squeeze me in to help me with a tooth that needed a little smoothing out. :) If you need a new Dentist or are unhappy with your current one I definitely recommend Dr. Koplow at Victory Dental Group!

These guys really took care of me and got me back on track with my dental care. A few great observations: 1. When you step in, the receptionists are very nice and always greet you. 2. There was definitely a sense of urgency with the staff. Janet, the dental hygienist who took care of me, made sure that customers who were waiting were taken cared of asap. I really appreciate it when staff understands the value of our time! 3. Dr. Dan Koplow is a fun guy - lets be honest, most people have anxiety when visiting the dentist. He is very skilled at his craft and has a way of putting patients at ease. Much appreciated! 4. Payment and insurance was convenient and easy to understand. Jessie took my dental insurance information, provided me with a comprehensive and itemized breakdown of costs, and I knew exactly what I will be paying before visiting the office. 5. Janet does an excellent job educating her patients and overall patient care. She is extremely knowledged and you can pretty much ask her anything about oral hygiene/care. I learned a lot! Im glad I gave them a chance - I plan to stick with VDG for as long as I am living in Colorado Springs!

A few weeks ago I broke a filling which came out completely. They got me in and fixed the problem by refilling. I am always treated well and greeted by Angie or Jaclyn with a smile, and a "Gotcha checked in!" I am looking forward to having my teeth cleaned next week by Holly, an outstanding hygienist. Im sure the others are good too but why would I switch now? The assistants are wonderful too and I have no qualms for any other staff that were to care for me. I dont want to embarrass Holly, but, she gave me a compliment without her realizing it I think. I made a comment how ugly my teeth are and she said she didnt see it that way, they were beautiful. She told me that since I floss and brush that my teeth and gums are healthy and she thinks they are beautiful. That really meant so much to me. Thank you Holly! Sincerely, Deb Murphy

Dr. Koplow and his crew are amazing and do a really good job. This is coming from someone who thinks most dentists are condescending pricks who like to scam people. I havent gone to a dentist in years because Im really picky about the ones Ill return to. Ill definitely keep going to Dr. Koplow. I highly recommend going here. Dr. Koplow is good-humored and kind, and he has awesome race car decorations. Hes calm and straight-forward in his explanations, and shares information about the processes, hows, and whys, which I really appreciate. Didnt feel like he was trying to sell me anything, or that he was lying to me (can you tell Ive been to some real winners before?!) The staff also are good-humored and nice, and the environment is fun and all of the employees seem happy (in a not-fake way), which to me signifies a good office.

I usually dont write reviews, but this dental office deserves one!! This was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had at the dentist! The staff that works here are extremely friendly! Taryn, one of the hygienists, is the most thourough hygienist Ive ever met! She goes through every little detail explaining everything shes doing and why. She even goes through the X-rays, examining what she sees, tooth by tooth! (Ive never even had any hygienist or doctor do this). She explains things in ways that anyone, not just in the medical field, would understand! She is so thourough she leaves you with barely any questions to ask because she covers everything. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell she enjoys her job. If you need a new dentist, I definitely recommend this office and Dr Koplow!

Ive been in the Springs for 20 years now, and have had a horrible time finding a dentist that didnt mess up badly: Inappropriate prescriptions, mishandled procedures, insisting on a "deep cleaning" before they would do any work. I think Ive seen just about everything at this point, and this city has a lot of dentists that shouldnt be allowed to practice. These folks arent like that. I havent seen them make a single mistake, on either my wife nor myself, and I have had quite a bit of work done in the last year. They listen to any concerns you have, and they dont treat you like they are just running people through a mill. Both of the partners (Dr. Mock and Dr. Gilbert) are excellent and conscientious, as are all of their staff. If you need dental work in Colorado Springs, I cant recommend anyone else.

When you prepare to buy a car you do your homework and check out sources and reviews on the internet. Also you get referrals from friends and co-workers. Same as choosing a dentist, you check out referrals from internet and patients that see the dentist. Than you make an informed decision to become a patient. With Aspen Dental I checked them out, checked with my insurance (this is to see if they are part or members of my plan), than I do a first visit and if I feel comfortable with them than I begin seeing them. So for me Aspen Dental has met my expectations and I have recommended them to others. The staff and Dentists take time to listen and than help where possible.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mock since 1994, and I’ve also been treated on an emergency basis by Dr. Gilbert. Both are friendly, very professional and are excellent dentists who are supported by several long term staff members forming a great team. Over the years, I have referred several individuals to them and I will continue referring friends and family to Aspen Dental Associates. I feel very fortunate to have found a group of professionals who are growing in their field, but still maintain an atmosphere of friendship and respect.”
