Totally agree with those saying that if you ever God forbid cancel an appointment the front office ladies will not only give you attitude and be completely unprofessional but are completely unwilling to schedule your appointment again. I had to miss an appointment due to being sick with morning sickness and when I tried to reschedule the front office lady Melissa had complete attitude with me and even had the attitude that she was going to ignore my request to reschedule and ask for me to schedule my husband instead. My husband went here to get his wisdom teeth removed and had his gums bleed for months afterwards and was not properly informed by the doctor that his wisdom tooth had caused damage to the tooth it was pushing against. This caused complications and a side cavity where the tooth had been worn from the wisdom tooth and had to be filled by our current dentist after the damage couldve been greatly reduced had they properly informed us of the damage to the neighboring tooth at the time they extracted the wisdom tooth. To make matters worse after all of this drama, Melissa caused drama in my family when I had told her that I didnt appreciate the way I was being treated or her completely bitchy tone with me and she decided to go to my husbands aunt to say that I was rude for sticking up for myself for having missed an appointment due to being pregnant with our first child. I am proud to say that my husband and I have found another dentist and we completely regret having wasted any time here. I do not recommend this place unless you are wealthy and willing to be nice to the front office ladies who are all about attitude and drama and God forbid you have any family that does business with them as they will be more than happy to bring them into the arguments as well. Just saying glad I have decided to NEVER do business here again.

Follow-up review of a recent appointment...Thank you Willow Creek Dental for a great experience! I took my 7 and 9 year old daughters in to WCD on a recent day off from school and the visit exceeded expectations. In the past, my kids were not the least excited to visit the dentist and I have nightmares about a visit where I had to help put flouride on one of their teeth. Thankfully, since visiting WCD that type of visit is in the past. Arrived and had no wait before the first daughter was seen by Kristen who met us in the lobby with a very friendly and calming demeanor. Meanwhile, the other one was focused on the fish and watching TV in the lobby rather than worrying about her appointment. The visits were quick, easy, no tears, and a prize at the end made the experience complete. Kristen even took the time to educate the girls on how they can improve their brushing and flossing -hopefully she will have more influence than I.. Thank you Willow Creek for making a visit to the dentist an easy one. I had what I consider my dental nightmare scenario occur a few weeks ago and broke my two front teeth. I called Dr. Mary immediately and she made sure I was okay and not in pain. The next morning, Dr. Mary and her staff were so attentive, assuring, and extended care and compassion beyond expectation. They walked me through the procedure, explained options and offered guidance that reduced my anxiety level to where I was finally able to relax. Watching a show during the procedure increased my comfort level and the procedure was over before I expected. I will have a new smile soon and thanks to Dr. Mary and Willow Creek staff, Im confident it will look better than ever. Thanks Dr. Mary and Willow Creek Dental!

bad experience - we have been there several years and have been having very bad experiences. Dr Kissenger might be okey but her assistant who does the filling is horrible. She constantly make mistakes. One of my teeth had small cavity but the first time she left cracks at root after filling improperly; I went in, Dr Kissenger drilled it open again (seems she is used to this routine?) and the assistant filled it wrong again left too big a open on the gum which was a pain in the neck for a week, went back again, Dr Kissenger pulled out the needle and drilled for another time. I had to ask the assistant " could you please make sure do the right thing this time?" This third time it was ok but few months later I got severe pain at the same tooth and ended up with an expensive root canal. I did not switch away from them yet until my child got exactly same problem - Bad filling and caused severe tooth pain afterward. They also claimed my child had dozen filling need to be done which we did... but gosh, reading the review here - it might be bogus. Please avoid using this dentist. We had been staying with them for several years and it is not accidental or only random mistakes, they are constantly bad. Having a bad skill is still not evil, telling patient they have cavity when they actually do not have is evil.

Finally! I found someone who helped me with my migraines. Ever since my car accidents, Ive been suffering migraines every hour of the day for 2 1/2 years before I came to willow creek dental. Even the neurologist I had been seeing for 2 years, and countless medicines later, hasnt been able to help as Mark Braasch has been able to. A family member remembered reading about jaw pains being associated with migraines so, I went to Willow Creek Dental. I was given the invisalign, expensive but totally worth it. At the time my migraines were still raging along with dizziness, jaw pain, jaw popping and locking, and losing my hearing in the left ear. Within the second/third week I took myself off my medicines and havent used them since. My migraines went from head pain every hour of every day to a couple days a month. All other issues disappeared within the first month, and havent had an issue since. Ive been on the invisalign for 3-4 months now and am seeing great improvement. I strongly recommend this to anyone who is going through what Ive been through. Try the invisalign, its worth it! -Kristy

I would recommend Dr. Blakeley to anyone who will listen! I love my teeth. I came to WCD broken and defeated after 2+ years of living a nightmare. I was talked into the worst decision of my life by a lazy dentist, he recommended that at 32 I have all of my teeth pulled and get dentures. I have some pretty serious medical issues so I listened. I wasnt able to eat properly for the last 2 + years plus I hated the way they looked all 3 sets of dentures none of which work to eat with. So when I came to Dr Blakeley we talked in depth on what would need to happen for the best possible outcome. When she said she would help me I was so happy. She always made me feel like I was a priority and never the difficult case that I was. She went above and beyond through the whole 9 months. I love the way they look and I cant tell you how awesome it is to be able to eat properly and at restaurants. If she was able to deal with all of the roadblocks my case threw at her Im sure she can do anything. You wont be disappointed if you see her.
