I am very apprehensive about going to the dentist but I like Dr. Frank. I like his hygienists too. Im a former periodontal patient and I want to keep my teeth and they know that. Not that it is ever a dentists or hygienist fault but when I was younger I learned to dread dentists primarily because I felt that they had lost their humanity and couldnt understand my issues as a patient. I know it can be a demeaning experience when youre constantly reminded of the consequences of not flossing. I wanted dental hygiene to be easier. Well, Dr. Frank and his hygienists have made it easier, to the degree to which it is still possible. I still have to floss and still need to floss more often than I do but I no longer feel like a lost cause. I never leave feeling like I have failed. Dr. Franks team encourages without devaluing. In addition to being a great team leader and decent human being he is also an awesome Dentist. He has done several inlays and replaced several aging cavities. He has very gentle touch. I dont like the needle so all my procedures, cavities, inlays and local antibiotic therapies have been done without lidocaine, Novocain or any other anesthetics. Im not saying I was free from discomfort only that he is sensitive to my discomfort and never rushes me. He allows me all the time I need to regain my composure when he is drilling. Lastly, Dr. Frank and his team are sensitive to the cost associated with dentistry. They know it can be expensive and they keep annual insurance deductibles and limits in mind when they suggest a course of action. They never discourage me when I put off a procedure to the next calendar year because I can’t currently afford it. Honestly though, Dr. Frank and his team have been worth every penny I have spent. It saddens me to read that others have had lesser experiences but knowing Dr. Frank like I do I find it difficult to believe he wouldn’t do everything in his power to satisfy his patients. I fully recommend Dr. Frank but please note, the 7:00 AM appointment slots are mine.

The service I received at this dental office is the worst I have ever received at any healthcare facility. I was referred to him by an orthodontist for a free consultation about coronoplasty. Dr. Scavuzzo recommended a very expensive, contraversial procedure to sand down my teeth and build them up artificially to change my bite. I was pregnant and could not undergo the treatment, but I did have a broken retainer that needed replaced. Dr. Scavuzzo told me he would consult with my ortho and then call me back to schedule an appointment to make the retainer. No one ever called me back. I called his office 2 weeks later and they quoted me over $1,000 for a night guard. I asked if my insurance would cover any of that and his receptionist said she would check and call me back. No one ever called me. I went back to my ortho and reported how I had been blown off by Dr. Scavuzzos office. She called him herself to express concerns, and then told me that he would call me and set up an appointment to make me a free "temporary" retainer to "make it right" for all of my inconvenience. His office never called me, but they did bill me for the "free" consult. When I called to dispute the bill, I was told by his receptionist that it was an error and she would take care of it. Instead someoned else from his office called me 2 days later to harass me about payment of the bill. It seems to me like Scavuzzos office is very disorganized, unprofessional, and concerned more about making money than meeting patients needs. I consulted with my long-time orthodontist from my previous home-state, who said that I by no means needed coronoplasty, and he advised me against it. I have since found a dentist who made impressions for a night guard the same day as my 1st appt., and charged me less than $500.

After having a bad experience as a child, I have had a life-long fear of dentists. However, since I have come to Dr. Scavuzzos office I no longer fear going to my dental appointments! He made me feel so safe and well-cared for as a patient. He also made sure I understood every part of my dental treatment in plain English and patiently listened and answered all of my questions. I feel like my concerns were all addressed, and the personal attention and time he took with my case made such a big difference to me. For Dr. Frank, patients obviously come first. The office is also open after work and on weekends, so it is very convenient for me to make my appointments. Mardel also did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth! So happy with my experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scavuzzos for many years. My experience has always been great, considering that I stress out before every appointment. Dr. Scavuzzo provides the highest quality treatment and always makes sure I am feeling comfortable through every phase of the appointment. He is very honest and doesnt suggest unnecessary treatment. I would highly recommend him, especially if you stress about going to the dentist! I find his office hours extremely convenient. He is one of the few dentists that work until 7pm!

What an amazing office and dentist! Everyone was warm and welcoming, which I especially appreciated because I brought my whole family. Dr. Scavuzzo even offered me a quiet spot to nurse my cranky baby :) he was able to fill two of my several cavities that morning and put me at ease despite my dental anxiety. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

Since coming to this office I have witnessed how Dr. Frank Scavuzzo has been very attentive to his patients needs and concerns. Dr Scavuzzo has spent hours in consultations answering and clarifying all of the patients questions, explaining the procedures in depth at NO CHARGE! I have recommended my friends to his office and will continue to do so!

Dr.Scavuzzo and his practice is a wonderful place to get any type of dental work done. Dr.scavuzzo and his employee’s invites an environment that is warm, friendly, in which also strives for great quality. All of staff was nice and very educated of their work. I will not only return for myself, but I will also refer many friends and families here.

Great service and super friendly staff. Hands down the best bedside manner of any dentistry clinic I have visited. The staff also went out of their way to assist with booking with 3rd party specialists and check up on me after procedures were completed. Best! The best EVER! The dentistry is the best you will find. I refuse to see anyone other than Dr Frank Scavuzzo! He is amazing. The only one that could numb me and take COMPLETE care of me. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable office. Truly you wont find anyone better! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Dr. Scavuzzo was very accommodating on a Sunday afternoon when my 9 year old daughter developed a tooth infection and was in a lot of pain. He met us at the office immediately and was very helpful and professional. We were very happy to have found him!
