Ive read the negative reviews, and thus far, that hasnt been our experience. Yes, the wait was a bit long, especially for a child with Sensory Processing disorder/Anxiety dx. But, once we got out of the waiting room, we were greeted with a sweet, PATIENT dental assistant who took x-rays and cleaned my sons teeth. She was understanding when I mentioned he has sensory issues, and worked at his pace, letting him use his earphones, fidget, and take as many breaks as he needed for water. This is probably why everyone complains about the long wait! Our dentist, who was the luck of the draw I believe, was Dr. Kreger- Im unsure of spelling... He seemed unphased by our sons sensory issues and was easy-going and "cool"(10 yr olds review). Very easy to talk to, not condescending, and again, patient. He listened, offered advice about teeth maintenence without pushing services, and was straight forward. Thankfully, my son didnt have any cavities. We were overall quite happy with that visit. I made an appointment for my husband with the same dentist and he also had a good experience. Again, no services other than a checkup and cleaning were rendered. It may be a different story all together when dental work is needed, but for now we will continue with this dentist only based on our familys experience with him to date.

Me & my wife arrived as walk ins at 2:50pm My wife was called in 10 minutes. I sat in their waiting room for three hours without being called, I watched 8 people be called before me,that arrived after me.there I KNOW were walkins.. The receptionist informed me that I would be called in between appointments. Whats in between appointments when you see 8 people be called before myself. The waiting area was cold & filthy. And the PR of this staff was inconsiderate having me wait for over 3 hours.without calling me. They spent over 3 hours on my wife.then decided to call me. Sitting in a waiting room for 3 + hours is unacceptable without any communication from the staff is abhorrent. Very poor & inconsiderate people. Then they had the audacity to aak me to be seen after they spent 3+ hours on my wife. It was already after 6pm, when Id arrived at 2:50 in the afternoon. I wouldnt be out of there till about 9:00pm in the evening. This inconsideracy deserves NO PRAISE AT ALL. WORTHLESS AS A PROFESSIONAL STAFF.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! AAAAAAAWFUL Unprofessional Jerks! We were treated like crap and my 8 y/o daughter was told hatefully to "be quiet and quit moving" when the anesthesia wasnt working and she could still feel the pain.. The crown (that would end up falling out of her mouth three months later) was billed at over $800.00 out of pocket WITH INSURANCE (we got the total bill for over 950.00 a few weeks later) and they had told us it would be no more than 300 with EVERYTHING INCLUDED beforehand while in the office. Lying, thieving SNAKES... "Affordable" yeah right!!! We now go to Brighton Modern Dentistry and there at least youll at least be treated like a human! These people are unbelievable!

Dont ever go here! We went in to get a tooth fix. To not only did it start hurting right away, kept calling them, made an appointment, for them to tell me I had to pay AGAIN to fix the tooth that was never fixed! Then went on and said, well who ever did the job didnt do a good job, so there is nothing they can do.. but if I were to pay AGAIN, they would fix it, AGAIN. all Im hearing is pay and again. Why dont you do a good job the first time, and I understand nothing is perfect, but if you went in to fix it and I paid, why wouldnt you fix it without all the unnecessary drama.

Each time I visit their clinic, I always have a wonderful and pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The dental hygienists and/or assistants have always been friendly and welcoming. The service is always prompt, I never had to wait long. Dr. Bethers makes me laugh with his sense of humor. Gabriel also had a pleasant experience when he visited. We love going there. Not only that they are cordial in person, they are also always polite and kind over the phone. I have nothing bad to say about them, only great things. I love going there!

Never again will go here. Started off with them giving me the antibiotics that I was allergic to. When it was specifically said when they asked if I was allergic to any medications. Got wisdom teeth pulled out and healing started to get worse with a high fever and the it was still bleeding. this is 4 days after. We called and they ended up apologizing because they were supposed to stitch where they took out the wisdom teeth but didnt end up doing that. Id give 0 stars if I could. Never again.

Waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes in the chair to get glanced at and told that they couldnt pull my boyfriends tooth today. Not only was there very few patients here but there we about 5 dentist walking around and talking. One of the lady dentist is constantly getting on her phone every 10 minutes (walking away from her patient). Very rude. When I had 2 cavities and came to get them filled, he ended up filling 8 (EIGHT) TEETH. HOW DOES THAT WORK.

Told me I had 10 cavities that needed filled, I believed them got five teeth worked on, was in so much pain from fillings just not right went to different dentist who said I had no cavities! One of my fillings has fallen out less than a month after comfort dental putting it in. New dentist is still trying to fix the damage they caused and Im still in pain. They should be shut down

My appointment was 11am for cleaning but they checked me in at 11:45 and did my xray the assistant said the xray result will be ready 10 to15 minutes. So, I wait and wait and wait for 1 and half hour just for the xray. And the cleaning took only 10minutes. Wasnt satisfied with thier cleaning process.

These guys did dental work a year later required me to get root canal because they over drilled for a filling causing the nerve to be exposed. I suffered this way for almost a year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST

They did a good job. It looks like they have a lot of medicare type patients, but they treated everyone I saw professionally. I thought they did a good job with my check up and cleaning.

I have to have my fillings redone a third time because they werent done correctly... expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour after your scheduled time.
