Ive been going here since I was probably like 10 and now Im 19. I made an appointment to see Dr. McCormick because she was my doctor at the time because I was told go see her for instructions to get off my medication so I could have a baby in the near future. She was very very rude about it wanting to know all my business including how much I make then proceeded to ask my fiance the same questions at the end of the appointment she told us I was no longer able to see her but she was able to see my baby when I have it. She informed me that I needed to see a family doctor. So a few months later I got in a really bad car accident and the hospital recommende I stay in touch with my doctor and make an appointment for further treatment keep in mind I did not see my old doctor but I was suppose to see Dr. Rey.... I had to cancel the appointment due to not having a ride because the person who was supposed to give me a ride had to be rushed to the hospital. So I called and canceled and I spoke with a lady named jessica. She told me if I didnt make my appointment I was no longer allowed to continue to get treated there. Not to mention she was very rude and kept calling me the wrong name on purpose after I corrected her 3 times. My mother is no longer taking my siblings because she is just baffled over how they treated me after Ive gone there for 8+ years. I do not recommend anyone to take there child her unless they like rude nurses.

I love this office. I switched to them after our other Dr held her hand on the doorknob while I was trying to ask questions about an issue my infant was having. I moved to Premier and will never regret it. Recently, we took our 2 year old to see Dr Campbell for a cough. After closely checking him out, including checking his oxygen saturation levels, she decided he needed a nebulizer treatment. After the first one, she wasnt satisfied with the 94% saturation level and wanted it to be at 100% so she gave him another. By the time we left it was 6 pm, and though everyone else in the office had left for the day, she and her nurse stayed until she felt my son was in a good enough place to let him go. Not once during that time did she make us feel badly about keeping her after hours and she never rushed us or his treatment. Shes amazing and we would follow her anywhere. Its important to keep in mind that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I love this office, but its okay for someone not to love it. We have a friend who changed offices. I feel like my kids get treated well here and would recommend the office to friends with children. However, Im not offended by someone who doesnt like what I do. Your children are your pride and joy and if you feel you arent getting the proper service for them, its best to find someplace you will be happy.

Took my daughter this morning to her first visit. When I got to the location it was very confusing. There was construction being done on the first floor and directories that give no direction to where Premier Pediatrics is located within the building. After spending 10 minutes trying to locate their office with no luck and no service on my phone to help I finally found the office. At this point it was 16 minutes after my appointment. The office was completely empty when I went in and I gave my daughters name, explaining it was my first appointment and I had a difficult time finding the building. The woman behind the front desk cut me off to tell me shed have to reschedule me for 9:20am. After asking her to speak to the doctor she came back and continued to rudely tell me she couldnt help me. I left complete upset with her and her degrading attitude. Dont waste your time with this practice. In the five years Ive taken my daughter to Broomfield Medicine Associates I never had to deal with such complete disrespect and rudeness. Id rather drive the 30 minutes out of my way.

Dr. Smith and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Dr. Smith has treated my kids for approximately 10 years and I have yet to be disappointed. The front office is welcoming and quickly gets paperwork completed so that the kids are seen quickly. Crystal is amazing and answers any questions I have, if she does not have the answer she will seek support to get me the information I need. She knows my kids and is an advocate for their well-being. Dr. Smith listens and seeks my opinion as the primary care giver for my children. He is constantly increasing his knowledge base and providing information on my children’s medical needs. They are an extremely proactive and caring office staff and we will certainly continue to visit Premier Pediatrics. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and Premier Pediatrics to those who are seeking a pediatrician.

My family moved to Premier Pediatrics from another practice in Brighton. Our choice to move from our previous doctor was due to an extreme lack of personalized care, indifference showed by office staff and medical staff alike. These areas where our previous doctors office failed Premier Pediatrics excels! From the moment you step into the office the desk staff are attentive and pleasant, they make it seem like they are happy to see you. My children have seen Dr. Michele Tuepker. Dr. Tuepker and her nurse are personable, kind and patient, and welcoming. I can not say enough about this practice. I would recommend Premier Pediatrics to anyone and everyone!!!

We will no longer use Premier Pediatrics for our daughter. Premier has misdiagnosed our daughter 5 times now. Yesterday we took our daughter in because of a sever cough. We were sent away saying there is nothing we can do that it will clear on its own. We decided this morning to take her to Childrens Hospital because it had gotten worse. She was diagnosed with pneumonia. This is the second time that we were sent away from Premier and ended up at Childrens Hospital with pneumonia. I would highly recommend that any parents looking for pediatric care look elsewhere

I love this office! I have found everyone very friendly and professional. They are always on time and can always squeeze us in. They listen and take the time to address all of our concerns. They take questions over the phone as well. Dr. Flanery and dr. Goodyear are the two we have seen and have loved both of them, as well as their nurses!

Caring Knowledgeable Staff: The physicians at Premier Pediatrics have cared for my two kids for many years. They have provided great care for my children with illnesses like croup and strep throat to helping follow up with a serious a kidney problem. They have always taken the time to listen to my concerns as a parent.

Terrible service and very very rude staff, I would look somewhere else for sure. The only reason they have any patients is because they are connected to Platte Valley hospital. Very young staff of doctors that like to perform every test that is not needed and then over charge you for it.
