This clinic is very frustrating. You have to arrive 15-20 minutes before appt time, but yet dont get called back into a room until 30-45 minutes after the actual appt time. Then you sit and wait in the room for about another 15-30 minutes before someone comes into the room. This happens at almost every appt with my kids. I get that they can get behind, but maybe there issue is they are under staffed. Whats the point of arriving 15/20 minutes before appt because thats what there rules are when they get to be behind all the time. Your late they cancel appt, if staff late then its ok. Every time go to make appt with their pcp, can never see their actual pcp because they are so booked so its always another doctor. Doctors are nice but their process sucks. Unless you want to wait hours to get seen I wouldnt recommend this clinic.

The doctors are awesome and so are the MA. The front desk needs to learn about HIPA.
