I brought my daughter in here a few months back. She had some sort of skin problem that looked like a chemical burn.(Ended up being a severe staph infection). When I showed up, they told me about their three different coverage packages and I gave them my insurance info. The Dr looked at my daughter, could not diagnose and told me I needed to go to Texas Childrens. We went there and they diagnosed and treated right away. Then I get a bill for their most expensive package $125. Which would have included many forms of treatment. We got zero treatment, not even a diagnosis. He ran NO tests other than vitals and observation. I called to talk to the location and they said I could only talk to a "main" number. My wife called twice and I called twice, every time we were on hold for over an hour and then disconnected. Never was able to speak to a human being. I was planning on arguing that at a minimum I should not have been charged for more than their lowest tier. Even though I received ZERO treatment. They just sent my bill to a collection agency. The front desk person was nice during the visit, so was the doctor, but seriously, wtf. Shady af.

The doctor was egotistical and rude. Had no concern for my pregnancy. Prescribed me a medication that said could be harmful to my baby when I asked. Told me to call my obgyn to make sure and when I asked if I should call them right now he said he doesnt take orders from anyone. Basically, reassured me that it was my fault for having the flu because I didnt get my flu shot. Scared me into thinking I could possibly lose my baby with having the flu, but didnt follow up with any are to make sure my child was safe. The nurse was rude as well. Other than the receptionist this place was cold, rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I ended up going to the ER where they took great care of me and my baby. I ended up having the flu and bronchitis which this place didnt even test for. Literally, had no concern for my child and I. I wouldnt refer this place to anybody. Im glad I followed up with a professional staff at a different business in the medical center. This was a waste of my time and $100.00 copay.

Thanks to Obamacare, the cost of insurance here has exploded and we decided to go uninsured this year. I have been researching urgent care centers since my husband got food poisoning a few days ago and really could have used IV fluids. I found Urgent Clinics Medical Care and I liked their tier pricing system and the substantial number of ailments they have the capabilities to treat (they can give IV fluids and provide x-rays). Well, I became very sick yesterday and had to see a doctor, so we went to Urgent Clinics. The whole experience was very efficient and I was checked in and in a room within minutes. The doctor came in very soon after. He was very thorough and diagnosed me with the flu. I was given 2 prescriptions, an anti-nausea tablet, and a set of care instructions and sent home. Cost was $99, which is less than an office visit to my PCP. Almost 24 hours later, my fever has gone down and I am feeling substantially better. We will be going to Urgent Clinics anytime we need to see a doctor.

I was quickly checked in and taken care of. Staff are friendly and professional, place is very clean. Doctor was compassionate and took the time to talk to me and hear all my complains. She also explained to me all that she would be doing and prescribing for my severe migraine, 4th day. Unfortunately they couldnt prescribe stronger meds, neither do a Cat-scan, only at ER of a hospital, so I was released with pain lowered from level 8-9 to 3, but it was not completely gone. It came back to severe at night and I had to go to ER on the next day. Michel was my nurse and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable while grounded there with fluids in the vain, turning off lights and closing door, checking on my pain level frequently. But unfortunately I didnt leave the facility pain free, which is why we go to an Emegency Care facility.

Awful service my son was injured, we called in advance to make sure they accept our insurance they said yes, so when we got there the same lady that took the call earlier.. told us that they were having problems with this insurance to verify benefits and as she couldnt berify we had to pay in advance and then I asked; once you vetify I can come and you can give me a refound she said no...you have faile a claim...so then I asked if they would see my kid that I only had with me around half of the money they were asking...so she denied their service...I dont recommend this clinic

I called before arriving to verify if they accepted a specific insurance and upon arriving met Grace at the front desk who was super sweet, patient and efficient in multitasking and super helpful with some conflicts we encountered. And the nurse and dr on staff was super friendly and still professional. It was a relief to know staffs that knows how to handle little toddlers and help put them at ease at the "scary" drs office. The wait time was a little long but it is expected with a full waiting room, probably because they are such a well rated staff.

Probably the best urgent care clinic Ive been to. I went in later in the evening and had zero wait. The provider, Maria Tan, and the male nurse/technician (wish I had caught his name) were very thorough and helpful. The nurse/technician was very humorous and made for a pleasant visit although I was pretty sick with strep. Most of all, they were highly competent and professional and gave advice and instructions to help get well in addition to taking the Rx meds. Clean facility too. I will keep this as our go to for future visits when necessary!

I went into LiveWell for a minor procedure and was in and out in 30 minutes. If I had gone anywhere else, Im sure the wait times would have at least several hours. Tiffany Patterson, PA was thorough, gentle, kind and informative. She took time to explain everything that she was doing and the procedure was painless. I found out they also have a really cool laser that takes care of nail fungus and Tiffany is also able to do cosmetic procedures like Botox-I will definitely be back!

Absolutely professional. Welcoming and caring personalities. The Dr and Nurse Alarm y are very informative and wanted to make sure I was well taken care of. Werent interested in getting my money and pushing me out the door. Have me time to get straight and prescribed the right meds to ensure no relapse. Lastly, provided me with a thorough record of my visit. Class act. Well done folks! - R. Harris seen on Dec. 26 in the AM.
