I saw the other reviews but decided to see for myself today. So I went online and scheduled a 9:00 am appointment, that was very easy. I showed up a little early and checked in, it went very smooth, no problem at all. Tekeysha & Keydy were very help. The doctor took her time and explained everything, that was a first for me. Excellent customer service. Thanks again for your help today! Bruce

Made an appointment online. Showed up, signed in, and saw the Doc w/in 15 minutes of my appointment time. Staff was professional and organized. Correctly diagnosed an allergic skin rash and advised a steroid. I was a cash pay patient, and the total cost for the visit was $80-90.

I have been many times to another location at 290, and I understand typical cases Redi Clinic sees. A nearby location made an appointment for us that didnt work. Despite signs of infection, no antibiotics were prescribed. On the positive side, they were personable.

I was seen here for strep and was pleased with the interaction. HOWEVER, I tried to follow up the next day several times with a few questions and concerns and left messages that were completely ignored. Still havent received a call back.

We had always had good experiences with this rediclinic until yesterday. The attendant was rude and unwilling to help. We decided to leave and go to the Kuykendahl RediClinic. What a difference! Helpful and thorough.

Does anyone work here? Ive been here 3 times - all during business hours - not during the "mandatory break" times. No one is here. There is a line of people waiting, but no one actually working here. Terrible

Clinical staff very nice but check in very slow and unfriendly, third time I am here that the check in looked uncept, unfriendly and seemed to work slower as you ask how long it will take.

Ive been here for 3 hours and still havent been seen my tonsil is swollen and I have a 102° fever this is ridiculous I will never be coming back to this place
