"either you have Asthma or dont" Joking about a patients medical conditions regarding the fact I had Asthma or not is unprofessional. I had to make sure if they took my insurance plan before I fill any paperwork. Also sent me to a Urgent Care clinic that sent me to a Methodist ER when I see on Google Maps they had a Urgent Care that could of possibly accepted my out of state Insurance in between them and the ER.

Everytime I go in Megan greets me like Im family..whether there or on the phone! Main Street is always clean and the staff is very professional. Katie helps with my nerves and always helps me feel like I can tell her anything ! Britanee Davis is amazing as usual. She listens, and makes me feel like Im not just another patient. She even remembered my story from the last time I was in! Thats rare..
