Staff and Dr. H. Nguyen were good. however, if you call, you sit through a very long recording before you can leave a message. Recording says you will receive a response in 48 hours. Not likely. You can sign in to Patient Portal and send an email message, with a staement from the portal that you will receive a response within 48 hours. Not likely. I changed my GP to this facility about 1 year ago when my previous Dr retired due to excessive paperwork from Obamacare. I submitted phone and email requests in March on one matter, and that took well over a aweek to get ANY response, and only after I left a rather terse voice message; and now again in May on another matter. No response from a faxed request and its been one week, no response from an email request and its been one week, and no response from a voice message in 3 days. Im off to find another provider. And dont EVER use the main phone number and expect anyone to answer, it aint gonna happen. As much as medical care costs, youd think providers would give more attention to patient services.

Maybe Im wrong but everytime I walk into this place it get an attitude that Im wasting their time, especially Dr. Mike. Ive been going to this clinic for years and have always gotten this feeling but for some reason reuturn? Maybe I enjoy the punishment I feel as if recently Ive been treated like a cow being milked for copays and insurance claims with no real explaination. I got to the point recently where I couldnt afford a test hoping there was still something he could help me with and I was wrong. I was dropped like a bad habit basically told to go somewhere else. I used to enjoy the family feel to this clinic back when they were in their old location back before they needed 20 useless employees to work the front counter back before they had their better than thou attitude. But alas like I said I continue to return, abusive relationship and all.

I have been here twice. Im not impressed. I saw a lady doctor last visit and I had to reminder her I needed to get blood work. Then they didnt call in my prescriptions in that day. I waited an hour at Walgreens in Cypress so I wouldnt have to drive home then all the way back to get them since I live in Hockley. I will try them 1 more time. If I still feel the same way, I will be looking for another primary care physician. UPDATE: Good thing I did bloodwork, I have a thyroid problem which causes the symptoms I was trying to tell the Dr. I was having. My main concern was I have been tired all the time and not sleeping well, she just wanted to give me sleeping pills instead of trying to find out what the problem was!! Glad I insisted on doing bloodwork!!!

I cant say I have been more dissatisfied at a family clinic, mostly due to the front desk staff. The front desk staff appears lazy, incompetent, and unwilling to assist customers. My first visit to simply get a blood work done took well over an hour when it should take minutes. I now work out of town and needed a medicine refill and they absolutely refused until I see a doctor. I asked if I can get the refill, schedule a blood work, and see the doctor after the blood work and they still refuse. What will the doctor talk to me about without the results from the test? Is there whole purpose simply to bill my insurance for extraneous things?

STAY AWAY! Extremely disorganized admin office, was misinformed on several billing issues. Was told they couldnt accept my insurance only after I was seen so I had to self pay $120!...come to find out from my insurance they lied and never contacted my them to begin with....place is a nightmare I promise, bedside manner of the doctors is awful as well.....nothing good about this place

I havent had any issue with them thus far...staff is prompt and curtious and Dr. Mike is pleasant and swift to call back regarding any blood work/issues which is awesome since other clinics have you chasing them to speak with the dr directly. A+ ...Ill continue to use them as my PCPs!

Very bad service. They rush you in and out and skip over a lot of things. They also try and cheat you out of your money to pay for unnecessary things. I have been to this location twice and the same thing each time has happened. I will not be returning.

Four generations of my family have been cared for by Dr. Mike for about 15 years. We could not be more pleased, otherwise we would have found another doctor. Dr. Mike is very knowledgeable, kind, and caring.

Dr. Huy, Dr. Thuan, and Dr. Chan are very knowledgeable and took their time with me to make sure I understood everything. The staff is amazing and very sweet. Definitely would recommend this clinic!!!!
