Worst service I have ever experienced.. been here 8 hours. Not allowing my wife to have water or food yet. not IV drip or medicine for the pain For ovarian cysts. Would give a 0 if I could. Scared her into thinking she has a mass just to be misinformed 2 hours later. It was like something from a movie. I literally saw a chained up convict get wheeled through here 3 hours after us and left almost 20 minutes after being here. Shows how important the law abiding citizens actually are.

My mother went to St. John Emergency with pain in her side. They ran a urinalysis and found blood in her utine. The doctor told her it was probably kidney stones. They didnt run a CT scan to see where the kidney stone was located. They took her money and did nothing for her. No medicine. No scans. Nothing. She would have been better off suffering at home than going to St. John Emergency for care.

Nurses are very rude, hang around doing nothing and when you ask whats taking so long for help they always say its the weekend its slow so appently theres no help on weekends my 2nd bad experience 6hrs before medicine gets ordered and giving nurses very argutive and nasty just flat out rude

6 hours in the ER? Seriously?? OSU medical center had a 15 minute wait from sign-in to see a doctor. But no, I insisted on St. Johns. 6 hours later, havent even seen a doctor. So we left. Wont be back.

Long wait times to see doctor and rude front office help!! Had a line of people to check in with one person helping patients while the other just sat looking at her computer.
