I would not take my sick child or family to Joshua Medical Center. Went a friend of our needed your help you turn her away. No matter what she did or did not do. Joshua Medical Center is to help people and not turn them away. She could had death and still could since she is still having a lot of problems and you told her to find another doctor. If I can stop peoples from coming to Joshua Medical Center. I will. You are not worst it. Joshua .Medical Center do not care what happen to people. How many other people did Joshua Medical Center do this to and we do not know about it.I would not even give you any stars. All I can said is Thank you for Nothing

I would first like to say all the staff are awesome. Thank you so much for all that you do. I love Dr Kershner he really cares about his patients he takes the time to really find out whats going on I have had so many medical issues and other Drs. Kept just drugging me up but not Dr. Kershner he took test and got down to the problem I just want to say thank you so much to Dr Kershner for caring so much to ask questions and get to the real problem. I also want to praise Jesus for putting people like Dr. Kershner and Joshua medical clinic staff in the medical field.

My mother in law had a physical for immigration on a Monday and told it would be ready by Tuesday the following week. So we arranged for a flight for her for Friday morning. Needless to say that it was not ready on Tuesday, so we called and were told Thursday at 3pm. IT WAS NOT. They said be here before 6pm, because they close, plus they needed more information. To make a long story short, we had to cancel the flight. They dont care about the patient, they are INCOMPETENT, INEFFICIENT, INEPT AND RUDE. I wish I could be able to rate 1/100 of a star.

Please read (Owners Response) to negative comments. Joshua Medical IS a good place to be seen and people do care there. People seem to think "their" emergency is more important than the person waiting next to them yet they wait weeks to months before they seek help. Patients should make appointments earlier, keep appointments, be kind and pay your portion of the bill. You shouldnt Dine and dash without paying at a restaurant, why would you at your Dr. office.

Had to leave due to very sick kid being ignored in the waiting room for too long (40 min). I felt discriminated against as well. There were no other patients except a Hispanic man who came in after us. They took him in first for some mysterious reason...even though my kid was obviously very ill. Then the receptionist tried to keep my paperwork when we decided to go someplace else. UNMC ER took only 10 minutes and she was in a bed already!!!

Would definitely not recommend. I was told I had strep throat for months, got put on medication that only weakened my immune system and made me even more sick, and Im receiving a bill over 3 months later for services I didnt even need. On top of the anti-depressant I was put on, I was prescribed to take over 5 different medications every day, most over once a day! Nothing but a bunch of money hoarding con artists in white coats.

Very bad experience there this morning! They told me unless I was bleeding or having a heart attack I had to wait until the doctor was "out of his meeting" and that would be in 30 minutes!! The girl that came to the front after 10 minutes had an attitude and was very rude and unknowledgeable in her job. I had to drive 10 miles away for urgicare that I should have been able to go in my own neighborhood for. Dont go there!!!

Always have been treated with the utmost respect and all of the Drs., take the time to ask questions and talk to you. They care about you physically and spiritually. I would highly recommend Joshua Medical Center to anyone looking for great medical care.

Their billing department has been sending me a bill since last year even though I have made a call and have clear that my insurance have paid it all. So freaking annoying and stupid
