This was the worst hospital ever. While my wife was pregnant, they made her do ultrasounds 3xs a week, cancer anyone?? They also made her lay on her back at 9 months for 3 hours, and told her it was important to do, smashing her aorta inside her body her circulation to her legs was cut and she was crying in pain and they didnt care, experiment on NATIVE AMERICANS anyone???? My wife went into labor and they sent her home knowing her water broke, after 5 minutes of sending her home they called her and we almost got in our car and they said the baby weighed 13 pounds on the ultrasound, so we had to go back, I should have taken her to another hospital but we were from the west part of the state and didnt know this hospital was a crock! They were rude to her before giving her a c-section, after the c-section she was in so much pain she was about to scream bloody murder, btw they forgot to give her pain medication. The nurse that was to help her get out of bed the first time after giving birth kept rolling her eyes at my wife, when she was crying that she was in pain, btw they stuck a thick tape to her staples and it was pulling them, btw they forgot to take the tape off, thats why she was crying, the nurse said it was an so called accident that they left the tape on her staples.. 2 DAYS after they gave her a C-CECTION they pulled out her staples knowing she was a diabetic and weighed 180pds. You never take out staples before 2 weeks, the doctor was more than franctic when he found out the nurses had taken the staples out. He was almost in tears and he didnt know how to fix the situation. They put my wife on a wound vac. A big machine that sucks a wound closed. As my wife and I were preparing to take our baby home the nurse that was rude to her the whole time tried to make my wife take a big dose of pain meds and lots of food she was hiding for my wife who was diabetic and in pain during the whole time there. I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER IN YOUR LIFE EVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE!!!!

The overall worst experience of my life. I cut off the end of my finger and the hospital didnt do anything but let me use their sink and soap to wash my finger out. Then they wrapped it too tight and sent me home where i had to unwrap the bandage then rewrap it. I was in the hospital for less than 30 minutes and only saw the nurse that wrapped my finger, but I got a $1200 bill from the hospital and a $300 bill from the doctor. This was the kicker though. I paid the hospital bill but never received a doctors bill and didnt think anything of it because i did not see a doctor. I then started getting harassed by a collections agency three times a day. I am a college student and this has been the hardest situation to deal with because I havent had the resources to just pay the bill and it is causing hardship for me to find residences. The Doctor that said he saw me was named MARK BLUEBALL.

Worst hospital in Tulsa! Will NEVER be going back! We took our 1 month old son in to the hospital where they told us that we needed to hydrate him by bottle feedings every 3 hours....but they MADE us stay there for 24 hours! When we said we wanted to leave because we could bottle feed our son at home (they didnt have ANY ivs in him, no testing going on, and didnt even check on him the whole night we were there!), they threatened to call the cops and have our son taking away for lack of seeking medical care for an infant who couldnt make his own decisions. We asked to speak to someone in charge and apparently there was no one in charge there. :/ They told us if they called the cops, we would be leaving the hospital without our baby! NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL if you want to be treated like a human! They are money hungry punks and will do anything to force you to try to stay there!

Was so impressed! Didnt want to be there, of course. Daughter took a spill and this hospital was closest. Drove over and things went impressively well from the moment we pulled up. Could get her out of the car right at the check in spot to the ER. Parking is mere yards away. Check in was quick, easy and friendly. She was called back immediately. My daughter has disabilities and sometimes people talk to me instead of her. That did not happen here. Everyone treated her with respect. Everyone was gentle. Everyone was kind. They made sure she was comfortable and understood what was going on every step of the way. I wish I had gotten names. They all deserve a personal thanks. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Id have to say that if we ever need to go to the hospital again, we will consider this one before the others.

They saved my husbands life. He has a very complicated and serious disease (Crohns), and kidney failure. We have been to one Dr after another in the last four months and it was as if they were intimidated by his condition so each one just kept referring us to someone else. Our gastroenterologist got us in quickly and immediately sent us to OSU Medical Center. So far we have been here four days and have had THE best care. Every single person has been eager to please, and he is already so much better. We now have a treatment plan. So not only have the staff been amazingly accommodating but the expertise and knowledge has turned things around for us. I can not say enough good things about this hospital and the people that make it work. Thank you.

Go to any other hospital around Tulsa. You will get lousy service if you are middle-age, white, middle class person with good insurance. I went for major surgery, my surgeon disappeared for the weekend, his replacement wanted me out of the hospital and home 24 hours later. When I refused, my pain pump was discontinued. Had I remembered to call Medicare, I would have had the full five days my surgeon said I would be in-patient. I will be reporting OSU Medical Center. Had I gone in with no insurance I would have had better care and more days. I am totally disgusted I went with a highly recommended Surgeon to be treated worse than Ive been treated in six other hospitals in my lifetime! Go somewhere else where staff cares.

There was nothing good a out my experience at osu hospital. I went to the emergency room With pain in my shoulder and neck.i was in a fender bender the day befor..I assumed whiplash...they said I was having a stroke or heart attack I asked how do you go from car accident to stroke..they said because of pain in my neck..never have I been treated so badly. .and they put in my chart that I was agitated. .hmm wonder why..they said they would give me morphine for the pain I said no I cant take that..The asked if there was anything else I couldnt take so I told them and guess what they brought me..so I played there all night in pain until my daughter came in and gave them hell..In will never go back.
