Anytime we go here the wait is ridiculous and the staff is standoffish and never look at you in the eye when they speak. Some are kind of nice. This place is unprofessional! I have seen the same DR. for 6 years for my DOT re certification and nothing on my has changed, same weight if not less, same meds, same job, same everything and this year the DR. decides with no obvious reason to only allow 3 months Dot Certification and only willing to give a year if in 3 months I bring back a SLEEP APNEA TEST FROM MY DOCTOR. No preliminary questionnaire was offered to me. I run on my job and I am constantly moving, loading boxes up to 200 boxes a d.ay and climbing flights of stairs and in and out of a truck. I am never driving more than 5 minutes from one stop to the next and based on my office visit this Dr. has decided to bully my company into paying them again in 3 months for yet another physical. This Dr. has decided to bully my family into paying for sleep apnea studies when I presented no symptoms or complaints related to sleeping whatsoever. The doctors reason " your physical is fine and you passed, but we will certify you for 3 months only" because of your "BMI" and controlled high BP. So in the office visit I was fine and no obvious health reasons to fail my physical but I might have sleep apnea so I will just disrupt your life and force your doctor to give you a sleep apnea test so that I can charge your company another physical charge in 3 months. This is disgusting and I find it unethical. Stay away from this company... My Dr. is providing a letter that states that I am under the care of a physician and my health is in good order for my job and I have no symptoms that require the sleep apnea study. I guess the Dr. just does not have the common sense to distinguish between a long haul driver and consequences of sleep apnea and a local courier that does not have time to sleep at the wheel.

Im not sure why reviews are so low for this facility. I had a great experience. Employees were professional and courteous, and I was in and out in 30 minutes for a typical drug screen. The facility is very clean and spacious. Nova actually brightened my day when its a little annoying going for a drug screen lol.

Worst place ever. Came here to have a chest x-ray done for work. I came in at 1:27pm and wasnt seen for 2.5 hrs. If it was my choice I wouldnt recommend an animal come to this place. Im glad I didnt need even moderate "immediate" help. I would have died and been resurrected 10 tomes about time they saw me.

Great, excellent Doctor Papas and her staff were awesome, when a got there I couldnt walk on my own with a sprained knee, today Im full recovery and she taught me how to do my workout the right way and with perfect form, Thanks Doctor, always be grateful to you guys....God bless you all
