This place is terrible, I took physical examination here, when I sign in I leave my boyfriend address and after I did the test, they didn’t ask me to my information and even didn’t show me my result!!! After several request, they finally show me the result, and the address they just leave my boyfriend, they even don’t take a 1 minuet to double, triple check the information. I told the address was wrong, I need to change it, they charge me 35 DOLLARS!!! Only to change the address!!!!! Are they crazy!!!! Change address cost me 35 dollars. Then I paid it. They give me the sealed envelope, I called my immigrations lawyer, she told me to ask for an extra copy for myself. The next day, I called them again to ask for a copy, I ask them twice if they will charge 35 dollars, they said it was free, and also I told them I have a meeting in the afternoon, please prepare it to save our time. When I arrive there, they didn’t prepare it at all, I was waiting for another 40 mins and the front desk lady said it will cost another 35 dollars for a copy!!! I told them, someone said it is free when I called this morning. She is silence…… After10 mins, she gave me a copy, but only few result in , I ask them why, they said the original result are in the sealed envelope!!! OMG, such a liar! You guys told me yesterday, the reason to charge me 35 $ to change the address is every persona information and detailed result are in the computer, if they change the data in the computer, they have to charge, I trust them . BUT now, you told me the only copy are in the sealed envelope. I was so angry, I argue with them and ask that 35$ dollars back, there are lots of patients waiting there, maybe they don’t want to make this worse, the give me the 35 back, and put a BIG NOTICE outside the window: Change address or Another copy will be charged 35 dollars…… NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I found this place on the immigration website for my AOS process, is not expensive comparing with other medical centers, the doctor is a lovely Asian lady, really nice, good attention at the reception, my results were ready in two days, everything went perfect!
