I actually went to the second location in Jones rode but they both deserve the same rating. The doctor seemed screening was ok but boy it is a management mess. I called SEVERAL times to get my TESTS results. What good does it make to have a screening if they dont ever give you the results!! After a few weeks of calling I finally got an apology and an "all looks good comment". A few months later got a bill for something my insurance didnt cover, I called and payed over the phone. Few months later I was billed for the same thing again... and had to call several times to BOTH offices, since people on the phone didnt seem to be smart enough or understand enough english to navigate their own systems and verify that I have already paid. I finally got it sorted out few calls later. People there never return any call and lot of times dont answer so go figure...

This medical center doesnt even deserve a star. It takes 2 hours to get into a room and it takes an hour to see the doctor. On top of that the nurses or whatever that talks to you first are rude and they yell out your busy in the hallways. They snicker and giggle about your personal business, when they answer the phone theyll put you on hold and will hang up after 10 minutes of waiting. O be honest this clinic doesnt even deserve a star. Due to the fact that their staff are ignorant and the waiting time is horrible. And one more thing they forget about you making you wait another hour.

Staff doesnt communicate well and waiting at the office for 2 hours with an appointment is unacceptable. It would move faster at the emergency room.
