I went on April 10 2012 for a consult. I thought the 1st appointment went well. The nurse offered to send me an email with her contact infromation, she said she would follow-up with some vaccine info, and I never heard back. I sent an email, called and left a message and no one contacted me. Now, I am going elsewhere. I was very disapointed. Follow-up 6/29/2012 Today, the office manager called to try to remedy the situation. She really tried to help. She was disappointed that I did not call her after my experience. If you do encounter difficulty, I would encourage a call to the office manager. I think she may have corrected the situation. At this point, I have already investigated options to finalize my travel plans. As I said in my initial review, Im sorry it did not work out.

Really slow service, hold times on the phone are endless - most of the time nobody picks up. Appointments take hours. If you have other option - go for it.
